I have discontinued service with this company for many reasons. Service is terrible. After discontinuing my service and returning equipment back in Aug. I have 2 times been charge for not returning the machine. I verified it was returned and told them who signed for it and 6 months later they have charged my acct. again. This is constant they add fees to your acct. sign you up for stuff and let other people take out of your acct. Crazy and time consuming. I will be reporting them to Consumer affairs and do not recommend them to anybody. Also, still waiting on refund promised to me in Aug. 2019 now March 2020.
