I’m in East Brainerd and they are in Hixson. With a straight face, the owner offered to come pick up and bring back (service, parts totally not included) to our house for $180. There are 3-4 companies in town that are willing to work with you and help you but Custom Golf Cart Guy ain’t one of them. We spent a lot of money on their cart and we totally regret it.

The sales process was easy and low pressure. They know the product and answered all of our questions. The owner is engaged and helpful. They provided great, professional service for a couple of small items that we requested. The 4 seat ranger has been great fun for my family and only had one small issue that was easily remedied. I would purchase here again.

Their service stinks. Wasn't informed of what was wrong. Tried to charge me extra. They didn't call me to tell me when it would be ready. I drove by and saw my cart sitting outside on top of the hill, no other golf carts near it. The son was rude when I went in. Avoid.

My wife and I purchased a 2022 cart from David recently. David was kind enough to deliver to us with a minimal fee. I have to say... even after delivery he maintained a solid desire for customer satisfaction. After delivery we noticed a crack in the roof of the cart we received. I messaged David and he promptly made a promise to come and replace the roof of the cart. I know well that he did not have an obligation to do so. Soon after he and one of his associates showed up at my house to replace the broken roof, braving a storm to make it happen.I appreciate that he stands by his sales and ensures that he conducts his business with honesty and integrity.

Had work done on my cart. I was not kept informed on what was wrong. The cart was taken to an unknown location. And an underperforming part was replaced without my knowledge. No part number or receipt was provided. Will never return.

We bought a cart from Mr. Hill a few months ago and did so mostly on price. The price was so good, we rented a trailer and drove 5 hours from northern kentucky to pick up our cart. It was everything we expected and more. The transaction for the sale was painless, quick and the service was excellent. Everyone was nice and professional. They made sure everything worked and that all the accessories we agreed to existed. Now, things happen. Had a bearing go bad after a couple of months and I dreaded taking it back down there for warranty work. But, to my surprise, he allowed me to use a local repair shop to get it fixed. Wow! But, it gets better. I went ahead and told the shop to change out both bearings (assuming they were the same age and it would likely fail soon too). I only expected David to cover the one that went bad, but how shocked was I to find out that he covered BOTH!!!! Would I recommend this shop? 1000%!!!!!! Great value AND exceptional service? A combination that is hard to come by these days. You want a custom golf cart? Better shop here!!! Thanks David!
