Don’t waste your time here. Very hard to get in touch with. Had to follow up several times after initial contact. Had to then follow up several times to try to confirm an appointment. Still couldn’t get an answer. Followed up again the morning of the said appointment only to be told it was never on the calendar. Keeping two stars because the receptionist was very friendly.

Good luck getting a return phone call. I called to buy a replacement shade for one I had bought from them several years ago. Wanted to be a repeat customer, but hey did not call back.

We used the Blind Lady a few years ago to have our upstairs home office windows tinted. We took pics and measured the windows and within a week a gentlemen came out and installed the tint to the windows and its perfect. We are going again next week to pick out some blinds and have a storm door tinted as well. I recommend them to anyone

Made an appointment for the Blind Lady to come and show me the options for for our den. We live about 30 mins from down town Chattanooga. The appointment was made around 10 days before the appointment. On the day they were scheduled to come to my house an hour before they should be here they called me to inform me it would be $75 for the visit. They told me the $75 would be deducted if I made a purchase. I stayed at home today to be there for their appointment and they call me one hour before they were scheduled to be at my home. They should have told me at the time the appointment was made. This was their mistake. If they had any integrity they would have come on and eat the cost since it was their mistake. They probably done me a favor as they would probably charge a service call if I had issues down the road.

Tried to come find some blinds but I guess the sales person was too busy dealing with someone that didn’t even live in the area—Nashville— and was referred to a different company, and continued the conversation for some time after the referral. took another call, that also wasn’t a customer... from what I heard it was evidently an unexpected call that turned into an impromptu job interview. Sorry not going to wait around to be ignored.

From the first contact through the installation, the team was superior in customer services, answering questions and helping to decide what was needed. Prices were great - truly you get what you pay for - and they helped picked the best product at the right price.

I walked into this business on Friday October 13, 2019. I was greated by aGentleman who took all my information but knew nothing about custom draperies and would have lady call me. Friday passed Monday passed and late Tuesday afternoon lady called but she could not make appointment she stated another lady made the appointments and she was not in. Lady stated she wouldHave lady call me I waited Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. At 1:55 pm on Friday I called the blind lady and person answering phone put me on phone with another lady whom stated she was just getting ready to call me if this is the type service I am to get I would much rather have some else that needs and appreciates their customers.

I had window blinds installed at house and verticle blinds installed in my sun room 15 years ago and they still look and operate the same as the day they were installed. The crew at The Blind Lady is very professional and effient. Thanks!
