I love how my dog smells like cookies after we get her back. We’ve been going since 2018, and they do a great job, so soft, and in good spirits.

I am impressed with the Ark's set up. I think our dog has a good experience, since she doesn't get to mingle with other dogs too often. The Ark scratches that itch for her.
