5756 TN-153 #100, HixsonIt's an okay store for the book but not too Savvy on information or knowledge on a lot of the animals so many young folks not knowing what their job entails anymore but I still shop there. Sorry I made it a Four Star it was not supposed to be a three-star I am blind so it's hard to put on here what I need to put on here when I have a problem seeing but your customer service is A1 rated everyone there is very nice just need to be more knowledgeable of what they're doing with some of the animals but they're very friendly and they're very helpful and that's why I still go to Petco both of my guinea pigs were bought there and they're beautiful animals and I love them to death

Update April 27 2024 we used them again! They did an amazing job. We will recommend them to everyone. The kids live the hair cut that ellie Mae gets.

My cat was scheduled for a dental procedure that required anesthesia but they realized that he was allowing them to do their work without any anesthesia. They quickly found no problems and cancelled the procedure, saving me hundreds and the risk to the cat. A huge thank you to the whole team there!

6155 Old Dayton Pike, HixsonWe traveled from out-of-state to work with Jeff and are so glad we did! Jeff was very accommodating and willing to adjust his schedule to work with us. He is very kind and definitely knows what he's doing! The results we experienced speak for themselves. We had hit some roadblocks in training our dog Sadie and wanted a trainer whose training philosophy was the same as what we had already been using to help us. Sadie was a very easily-distracted dog and, when taking walks or going out in public, would lose focus on us or on whatever command we had given her, get overly excited, and go toward the dog or person she wanted to see. Our goal is to have her fully responsive when off leash in highly distracting environments, and these behaviors have to be changed in order for us to achieve this goal. Jeff helped us learn how to better communicate what we want with her very quickly! He was very kind yet firm. We were able to successfully take her on walking trails around other people and dogs, into Lowes, and even Petco (which was usually a nightmare and not worth even attempting)! In all these places, she learned to stick right by our side. We're very grateful for his help and the trip was absolutely worth it. Thank you Jeff!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the coffees we got were sooooo good, the lines moved quick, with lots of flavors and customizations. Amazing. I’ve been having to drink decaf and watch my sugar while pregnant so I’ve had to go without a frozen / chilled coffee for the last eight months (can’t find them anywhere in the area)… they offered decaf to every coffee item across the menu, and options for sugar free or however sweet you want it. I was thrilled and will definitely be back. Husband agreed. I can only imagine the other drinks are just as good! Lucky for us to be there on opening day… we got a free shirt for every large drink we ordered, which was super cool! Nice touch!

New York Pizza Department
8627 Hixson Pike, HixsonI ordered through the Slice app tonight, as I've done several times before. (And before anyone comes at me, I'm disabled, so, no, I'm not able to go pick it up.) I rcv'd a notification at 6:01pm that NYPD had rcv'd my order with a 45-60 minute delivery widow. At 6:52 I rcv'd a text from the delivery driver that my pizza was just now going into the oven, and it would be another 20 minutes. This is unacceptable! I finally rcv'd my food at 7:16. BTW, I live slightly more than a mile from the restaurant. I will never order from here again.
