Kandy in Hixson was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products and helpful in letting me try many beds. I knew from buying my son a bed back in the mid 1990's that it was one of the best mattress we ever had, as I slept on it in 2009 after a knee replacement...and slept great...and now with a 20 year warranty, how could I go wrong. THANK YOU KANDY & KEEP DOING COMMERCIALS! JM
