Ferrall...was just simply Awesome! He proceeded to offer his services without my asking...he was all about giving great service; and as assistant manager providing an example for his men and women to follow. I was extremely impressed with his character and work ethnic just in meeting him for the first time! You have valuable employee...I hope you realize that and keep him...he is a valuable asset!!

Don't seem to spray off and pre treat your vehicle when you enter the wash anymore. Just stand there and direct you in and walk away. I think my vehicle would come out cleaner on the other end if they did. Especially since prices have went way up from what they used to be.
