“I visited the AT&T store on TN SR 153 in Hixson on 11/27 to conduct a iPhone trade-in and other business. I waited maybe 10-15 minutes minimum to be seen by an employee at the store despite making an appointment prior online (store was very busy that afternoon). Besides that, the employee who worked with me named Jackson was very professional, answered all of my questions and the questions of my dad that we had about various things regarding our service with AT&T. Jackson as well as the store manager Tommy were both very helpful in insuring that my iCloud data transferred over to my new phone smoothly and without any problems. Overall, I think this is like any other AT&T company store. I will definitely come back to this location if needed at all! Thanks so much”

Walked into this store and the very helpful and friendly "Kota" made quick work to fix me up with the correct size screen protector for my pro max phone. She even installed it on the spot for me. Every Verizon store needs a "Kota." Thanks again!”
“This Walmart was ALOT cleaner than Walmarts we have in Cali. The isles weren't all blocked off with U-boats and pallets all over the place. I had to use the Walmart app to find what I was looking for. I did self checkout which was quick n easy, no long lines.”

“Travion has provided excellent customer service both times that me and my husband have been there. He has demonstrated the upmost patience in some very challenging and time consuming situations. I think I would have lost some patience in the situation itself if it hadn't been for his calm demeanor. I do highly recommend for anyone to seek him out if you are visiting this particular store and the managers there have been very accommodating as well I wish I caught their names.”
