“Thanks to Bruce and Richmond, for getting me into their custom made shirts and suits. I wouldn't get dress shirts anywhere else again. They keep my measurements and preferences on file, so now I just go in, pick a fabric, and it's ordered! I highly recommend going to custom dress shirts and suits; the first time can seem daunting, but it is really just a few preferences and Bruce walks you through them all. I'm not sure if I like the custom fitting or custom design better though. I was so tired of the compromise of off the rack fitting based on just your neck size. Then there was the limits of what style and colors stores have in stock in what size, and different brands fitting differently. So glad I don't have to do that anymore. Get your shirts custom made by Bruce and you'll be glad you did!”

We have bought suits and tuxes there! You get beautiful and high-quality pieces to own, for half the cost of renting one! “This place is a gem and I highly recommend this store to everyone! I was visiting from out of town and was drawn to the 'Life is Good' message. The owners Roy and Jacqui were incredibly helpful and fun to talk to, as was the lady that helped me at checkout. I was especially excited to find a funny white cotton t-shirt that wasn't see through - this is a really rare find in female fashion these days. It was also easy to find gifts for my friends and family, because there were plenty of options that appealed to everyone. I felt really good shopping here, because the story behind the Life is Good brand really speaks to me, they carry only high quality products, and I am happy to support a true mom and pop shop run by amazing people.”

Within the hour he was fitted for tailoring and we were out the door having found a quality suit for a black tie wedding. Amazing service and suit experience for Chattanooga and for this day in age. “I love Electric Blue Collection!! They just celebrated their one year anniversary of being open and merging with Alice Blue Boutique & Hanover Blue Store. They also just installed a walk through so you can walk straight form Alice / Hanovers blue, through the salon, and into Electric Blue. They have a really contemporary and modern feel to their clothing and it's modern and edgy but also is filled with new finds. I love the repurposed Louis Vuitton key chains and accessories and their new accessory lines that always have fresh new items that I haven't found anywhere else. I love their disco cowgirl line and while some of the items are expensive, theyre totally worth it and everything I've purchased there is great quality.”
“Shopping at the Kohl’s store on Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga on June 12, I was checked out by Hannah who happens to be the friendliest and most professional store associate I’ve come across in a while. She brightened my day and I hope to see her again the next time I’m in Kohl’s. This store is actually worth the drive to Chattanooga (I live in Cleveland) and my experience with Hannah is part of the reason why. Great store.”
“Great local store, with friendly laid back staff. It's very difficult for me to find suits that fit me well off the rack, but I found a great fitting, nice suit with the help of the two gentlemen that helped me. They were very knowledgeable, knew how to fit me, and didn't give me any type of run-around. Highly recommend over any other suit/menswear store I have been.”
“The store is always clean and organized. The staff are always super helpful. If your size is sold out in store, they will try to order it for you, which is pretty cool. My only complaint is more of a company complaint than this specific store. I wish there was more variety in color or patterns or graphic tees. This is the only store that my husband can find clothes in, and it seems like we're always looking at the same items. Also sometimes you can buy two of the exact same style and size of t-shirt and they fit completely different.”
“Stopped in yesterday evening to try and find some chino’s (finding good pants is always a task for me lol) and was kindly greeted by Richie who then was able to help me find what I was looking for with the right size and style. I was also given some helpful information from Matt who was also working about the style I was trying to go for. I ended up buying 2 pairs of chino’s and at checkout, Richie helped by providing ways to save money on my purchases, such as the J Crew credit card. They both provided extremely high-end customer service — I will definitely be back (great deals and reasonable prices)! Richie and Matt deserve a raise/promotion!”

“Started off going to Men’s Warehouse which was a terrible experience. Dirty store but absolutely awful service. Left and came straight to Jos A Bank and had a much better outcome. Good selection and was helped immediately. Avoid Men’s Warehouse at all cost and just go here”

“I am an avid Old Navy shopper and today I had the BEST experience at my favorite store. I am a huge clearance shopper and I showed up to the fitting rooms with 50+ clearance items to try on. Wonderful Sandy was so kind and helpful and would come check on me ever few minutes to get the items I didn’t want to make it easier. Then the manager Macie came up to me and told me Sandy said she had a wonderful customer experience with me after I had felt like such a burden for trying on so many clothes.
