I love JAB! In 2017 I hurt my back and that set me on a downward spiral to not be as active as I once was. Through some physical therapy and trusting the team at JAB I got back into working out. I told them what I felt my limitations were and they were always prepared to show me ways to modify the workout or to create my own workout to where I would feel comfortable and be able to achieve my goals. I got stronger and eventually I was able to do what I started out not being able to do. It’s also a wonderful community of people. There is NO shame starting as a beginner. Really love it there!!

Went for a free workout! Very cool place to train and get better. Avery does a good job at pushing you to where you need to be!

JAB is an awesome place to workout! Great environment with lots of friendly people. I enjoy how this gym uses circuit training with kickboxing thrown in the mix! The workouts are constantly changing everyday so it keeps it fresh and exciting! 100% recommend trying out this gym. You will NOT be disappointed!!

JAB is a FANTASTIC place to get your exercise in!! It is flexible, fun, fresh, and challenging! The community they have created is great and you will never get bored because they love adding in new things to do in and out of the gym!Definitely join here if you want to make some good progress AND some good friends!

The level of professionalism, the support from the staff and the flexibility to come whenever it works for me, is the reason why I keep going back. I couldn’t make it through all 10 stations. Jonathan and Steven were so understanding and gave me some pointers of what to do before I came in again. Jonathan even called me the next day to check in to see how I was doing. I can now do all 10 stations and working up to completing two reps in per station! Everyone is very friendly between the staff and the members. It’s a great stress reliever and work out. I’d totally recommend checking them out!

I love JAB! The workouts are always different so you never get bored and the workouts can be tailored to any fitness level. It’s also great that there are no class times. You just walk in when it’s convenient for you and jump into the circuit! All around amazing gym!

I have been apart of a lot of gyms but I have never been apart of a family gym like JAB! The personal touch on every goal you want they supported even when I fall behind they pick up my pieces with no judgment! It’s a fresh start they say! I have learned more about my inner self training than what I look like on the outside. It’s definitely not your ordinary gym. It’s the best gym!

I absolutely love JAB! It’s a great workout. Makes it fun. Jonathon is the great! He is very knowledgeable about alternate exercises that I often have to use for lower back pain. Actually, all of the trainers are amazing! Come try it out...you won’t regret it!

If you are looking for a fun, unique, and challenging workout then JAB is for you! Only 40 minutes! Each round is 3.5 minutes and it goes by so fast you will be done in no time! The trainers are helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! One of the best gyms in Chattanooga!!!
