Everyone in the office was kind and knowledgeable. Rebecca Martens was the NP I saw and she was professional, knowledgeable, and really helpful. She spent plenty of time with me and I didn’t have a long wait.

I tried having them as my primary care providers again I liked the provider rebecca but the nurse that does the lab work and tests is very rude I couldn't do a test right and she kept getting mad and told me she has low patients with people I don't know what they taught her in nursing school but if she can't be patient with people who are trying to do the breathing test she gave then a doctors office is not the place for her nurses and doctors are held to a very high standard in the way they are supposed to handle their people but and to tell someone you have low patients with someone the medical field is not for her I've never been treated that awful with any nurse or my providers there every nurse and provider I saw there was very friendly the provider rebecca was very helpful and nice it's just the black nurse I forgot her name but she's the one who I had a problem with I will not be scolded like I'm a child because I didn't blow hard enough for that stupid breathing test she gave the way she treated was horrible I will not be back I found an actual doctor with MD on their name tag I don't know why Dr kerley and his provider rebecca to allow the nurse to be down right mean to the patients she does live up to the standards nurses expected to live up to nor does she have the pleasant bed side manner she's supposed to have Dr kerley and rebecca will end up losing patients if they don't get rid of that nurse instead of making excuses for her behavior rebecca should have reprimanded her and not make excuses like I said rebecca and Dr kerley will lose patients because the nurse

My 1st visit I would have lefted a 1 star ?(and that's ONLY because the office staff were extremely friendly and helpful) BECAUSE, after meeting with Ashley Tibbetts, she came across as snappy and rude didn't seem to want to discuss my concerns or the reasoning for my visit and I was rushed through my appointment by her (AFTER WAITING ALMOST 2HRS TO BE SEEN BY HER) because it was the end of the day(I'M ASSUMING she was in a hurry to rush me out maybe idk ?♀️) and I felt like I had made a mistake trying to find a NEW PCP however my second appointment was with Tinesha she took the time to get to know me and my medical history and was BEYOND kind and addressed EVERYONE of my concerns and the office staff are extremely helpful and kind the wait time is typical most doctors offices there is always a bit of a wait but if your going to be seen by an excellent provider the wait is worth it!

correction....0 OUT OF FIVE STARS. I dont typically write negative reviews however with staff refusing to allow me to civilly speak to a supervisor or staff member about this experience maybe I will be heard on this platform. My thoughts about our service today. My wife had an appointment at 1015 this morning, we arrived 15 minutes early. She was ultimately seen around 130pm. First off, the amount of time is ridiculous. I understand there are other clients to see however not only did we have a SCHEDULED appointment, most of her pain began to worsen the longer she sat and verbally let staff know and asked if we could go to a hospital instead. If that staff member knew or did not know when she was seen, why in the world would they think its okay to just say "you're next?" In addition to that the last appointment we had she was NOT seen and was charged, staff SAID, she will have a credit towards the account instead since she paid, rather than reimbursement, with that being said on todays appointment she was prompted for payment even though her deductible was met and she supposedly has this credit on her account to use so why say she owes. As mentioned I understand there are other clients however with scheduled appointments and then losing paperwork, the receptionist being super LATE I do NOT appreciate how the situation was handled. I tried to return and speak in person about this however was turned away. Absolutely awful service and overall terrible experience.

They wanted me to use my on phone to do a zoom meeting with a provider because they had none available at the location and non available to meet me. They didn't even have a computer for me to use for the virtual video. Shady place.

I have been here nearly two hours now as other people go ahead. Two people have already walked out. I will certainly never come here again.

I made an appointment for 10am, arrived ten minutes early. The young lady at the front desk was very professional but that is the only good thing I can say about my experience. Currently I have been waiting an hour and a half to see the NP. A walk in person came in thirty minutes ago and she just got taken back, not me or the other lady patiently waiting almost two hours. Of course my payment has already been taken so I have no choice but to sit her and be ignored. I will never come back to this place and o don't recommend it.

Scheduled an appointment, and when I got there, they told me they didn't have it. But suddenly when I showed them the confirmation email, they found the appointment. Very unprofessional staff. Person at the front desk kept telling at their computer. Exam rooms are creepy, and medical supplies are just strewn everywhere. Doctor was unhelpful and insulting. Literally go anywhere else for your medical needs.

This office is extremely unprofessional. Even if you have an appointment they will not call you back until 2 hours after your appointment. They are incapable. They can't accurately draw blood or do labs. The most unprofessional office I have ever had to deal with. I would give them a 0 out of 5 but they wouldn't allow it.

They never return phone calls. They do not care. Forget about getting prescription refills. They do not care. Need blood work? You will never get the results. They do not care.

This place is very unprofessional. The lady at the front brings her son in and he plays vr in the rooms that you get checked out in. They need to fix this I have been siting here for 1 hour and I don't think that's fast so this place needs to be fixed

I’ve been going to Fast Access for years and I feel like family when I am there and the doctors and nurses are the best.
