There's my favorite Mexican restaurant, a Publix and an incredibly, beyond belief, bland "Italian" restaurant so two out of three businesses are good and you're unlikely to get food poisoning from the "Italian" restaurant.

I love having a grocery store, pharmacy, hair stylist, ups store, and several restaurants all in one place. A one stop shopping center.
