E.J and Nick not only hooked me up with my coil and juice needs, but even washed out my tank for me when they saw me pouring out the juice to change the coil having been vaping in a burnt coil all day. Fantastic guys and really helpful!

I absolutely love this location. It’s close to home and the people that work there are always so quick, and it just makes coming by so easy. Heather and EJ are so nice. I’ve seen EJ in there a bunch of times and he’s always so polite and nice to have conversations with, as well as being very quick to grab what I need and get me checked out. I met Heather today and she seems so friendly and outgoing, and I enjoyed interacting with her! I love when employees strike up conversations and ask me how my day has been. I’m a stay at home mom so the adult interaction is something I look forward to. It’s nice when employees actually seem to enjoy what they are doing! I’ve always felt so welcomed every time I come here! 10/10 recommend this location!

Only vape shop i go to since the feds senselessly killed online sales. Used to order strictly online as brick and mortars are always way higher. I get it, they got overhead and all that plus your paying for the convince and all that, but lets be real, at the end of the day EVERYONE wants the lowest price they can get.That being said, this shop has had the best local prices, and probably one of the most chill places ive found in the area, so ive stuck with them exclusively the past few years. They also have a pretty good rewards program, i find i will have points built up quicker then i realize, so that also helps.So decent prices, cool people and they also were able to get a perticular juice ive been wanting that was a "Cleveland exclusive" here, so big points for that. Though idk what that exclusivity was all about to begin with. Regardless the guys running this place made it happen, so i would say thats a pretty good example of the great customer service they have. They seem to all enjoy thier jobs and working there, so im sure that helps alot with that as well.
