“I originally reserved at the Fort Oglethorpe office and at the last minute the SUV had a maintenance issue so Kevin search diligently and found a substitute multi-passenger van in Hixson. When we went to Hixson to pick up the van, the lady from the Fort Oglethorpe location I had spoken to previously was working there and said they had just received a SUV like the one we had rented. The manager at the Hixson location and Kevin at Ft O had our agreement updated and allowed us to return it to Fort Oglethorpe. Everything turned out fantastic!!!!!! Two thumbs up!”
“I have very positive experiences renting National cars in almost all cities I travel to for work. They are friendly, efficient, professional, and able to help you with any situation during your reservation. I recently pooped a tire while renting a National vehicle and they helped me with roadside assistance, an uber back to the pickup site and a new car to finish out my trip! I always rent with National when travelling for business and definitely will continue to.”

“Got the exact vehicle I asked for in quick pickup and drop off at the Chattanooga Airport location. Easy in and out, rental booth was very close to baggage claim area. Price was a bit less than other rental agencies. Was a brand new vehicle, clean and ran perfectly. Would absolutely rent again from this agency.”

“Check in took longer than I would have liked but it was fine. It was not made clear that you could not use a debit card for the rental unless you had flight info, but thankfully I had a credit card with me. That definitely needs to communicated better in the future. The rental was great, very clean and roomy. Return process was very easy.”

“Tom was so extremely helpful to myself & my boyfriend when we ran into an issue with our rental not starting properly; we were at a camping music festival in Tennessee but had driven about 10 hours to get there. Tom was so communicative with us, and assured us that he would drive out a replacement vehicle so we weren’t stranded without access to a car! He drove an hour & a half to us and really ended up being the savior of our trip. THANK YOU TOM!!!!!!!”

“Wonderful experience! They didn't have the van we originally booked but were able to upgrade us in a comfortable larger SUV. Upon dropping off the car, they went out of their way to make sure we were taken of and even took us home. Will definitely use again! Quite the father/son combo for customer service!!”
