“Had a great experience today. After trying unsuccessfully over3 weeks to get my windows fixed by “the big guys” I decided to give up and try Auto Glass Express. I m so happy I did. They got me in right away, they had the correct parts and got me out in about an hour. My window is as good as new. They charged me $100 less than the big guys and the customer service was impeccable. Ashley at the front desk and Dylan the technician were both very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return should I need to. I highly recommend. Also, this is a local business. Let’s support these guys instead of the big corporations.”

“My family was making a trip from southeast Texas to north eastern Tennessee for my son's high school graduation. Passing though Chattanooga we had a goose fly across the highway and dive right into our windshield! Of course this all happened during the morning rush hour. Drove to another mainstream glass dealer and they didn't have anything in stock and it weren't going to be able to get to me till the next day. I called The Glass Man's after looking him up on Google and he was less than 2 mi away from my location. He looked up my vehicle called me back and told me he had the glass. Even though he was completely booked out for 2 days The Glass Man totally saved the trip for us and took care of the glass right then and there when we showed up! He was also the only one who had our glass in stock!
Businesses like this are far and few in between. I've always tried to support a small business over a big corporation and this is exactly the reason why I will continue to do just that! We were in and out quickly and they were very welcoming and made us feel like part of their family!

When they called to let me know they were on their way, I was accidentally running late from a previous appointment. They offered to come to my house after their next customer, and reassured me it was no problem at all. Once they arrived, they had the windshield replaced in no time, and it looks great! “I went here to have a second opinion on a minor ding on my car. The office was clean and front attendant friendly. Kevin greeted me warmly and then took my car back to the shop to be looked at and asked me to come with him. He personally looked at the problem and then he and two other guys fixed it within 10 minutes. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and we had good conversations. Whats crazy is that another place wanted to charge me $850 for a problem that didn’t exist and Classic Collision fixed it within minutes and charged me nothing and I just tipped the workers (since it took 10 minutes and some new adhesive). I was blown away! I highly recommend this place as they are knowledgeable, hardworking, and trustworthy. Thank you!”

“I was worried about the quality of work because I hear horror stories all the time but the repair on my car was extensive and exceeded my expectations. My adjuster kept us updated and was nice. The only issue I had, which isn’t much of a problem, was the amount of grease smudges inside my car. That’s easily cleaned. I’m very happy with the service and repair. I recommend classic collision.”
