The HIIT classes are wonderful and the Fitness Center has a nice variety of equipment with lots of great space. The locker room and showers are awesome, too. The staff does a great job at keeping things pretty clean.

Great facility. Full court basketball court and CrossFit type set up. Also has large separate room full of standard gym equipment and weights and cardio stuff. Upstairs is a yoga studio with some other equipment. Staff is very friendly. There's another building with racquetball and other stuff, but it's closed for covid so I haven't ever seen it.

Coffee County is fortunate to be home to the world famous test facilities AEDC. General Arnold would be proud. I am proud of a wonderful career at these one of a kind facilities.
