If you're thinking about getting Xfinity don't. I have to pay for this service through my apartment complex otherwise I would switch. I'm constantly losing service for hours and have lost it for up to a day at longest. Out of all the Internet service providers I've had this has been the worst. The store itself is ok people are friendly I had a 30 min wait.

The worst person it this store to deal with is Brandon. He has zero manners and is completely lost on what needs done, makes wrong commitments, doesn’t understand simple facts and get very defensive when asked simple questions. After hours of waiting, when I asked to speak to the manager, the store employees couldn’t locate one and started giggling….unbelievable. Only Keven was able to help and understand the asks and take appropriate actions.

worst store and people i’ve ever met in my life they don’t know what they are doing. somehow 200$ is gone out of account and a month and a half later still no wifi. been in this store 7 times since october 2nd it is only october 27th now. absolutely no help.

The actual person I spoke with, was wonderful, very quick and easy, but the AI customer service robot and the way they handle things is absolutely ridiculous and I would literally choose any other Internet provider because the customer service absolutely sucks I have received literally eight phone calls from a robot voice sensitive if it even hears a pin drop in the background, the entire phone call cuts out so you hang up and they just call you back over and over again

I was just there to pay my bill and he didn’t take out for my mobile phone just my cable and Internet when I told him the same thing. And last month they had an outage for five days and I told him the last time I was in there, paying it what happened but they didn’t take it off this months bill so they’re taking it off next months bill. I just don’t like them anymore. They’re poor service and don’t want to help you resolve the problem.

Went into the Hermitage store to add tv service to my internet. When I got home everything was disconnected. Went back to the store and was told it would be $50 to reconnect my service that they discontinued by mistake. Crazy

Went to bring a broken DVR back got talked into a new plan to save $20 but get home and nothing works. IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Visited this location for the first time today. Brian C helped me and could not have been more friendly and attentive. So glad he is there to give such great customer service to people that come in. Thank you Brian and I appreciate your added humor.

For the best service give your name and why you are there to a greeter. Then when your name is called someone can help you. It can be to come in and exchange something or get some questions answered. It can be for any type of service that they offer. Cable, internet, alarms and mobile phone. Just go and check it out.

The guy who attended me (white male, tall blue eyes) was very rude. He didn’t want to give me my equipment since my name wasn’t under the account, he said it was policy which is understandable but when I continued to tell him that I was told I just need to give him the account number, he went on and said “I’m not gonna do this back and forth who said who thing with you”. I’d ask a question and he wanted to be smart with me. When I was leaving he had the audacity to say that I was gonna get a survey on his service and said “I hope what I said doesn’t effect your rating and I still get a 10 from you” like no you’re getting a zero sir.

Hashim has been a Godsend in helping us with not only our account, but in getting our new phones up and running. He has gone above and beyond for us, keeping a smile on his face and having the patience of a Saint to make sure everything was up and running correctly. Hashim is a great asset to your Company.
