Save yourself your time and money and find a different Primary Care Physician. I came in needing help and Dr Hamby quite literally told me, you aren't going to figure out whats wrong with you. I felt completely shut down. Biggest waste of my time and money. Then went down to the lab to get blood work done. I was told to ask how much it was before so I could decide if I wanted to proceed and that if I paid day of it would be cheaper as well. I go down and ask how much it is for testing 2 blood panels. The lab tech tells me $75. I ask is that for both samples or 1 and she says both so I choose to proceed. She then tells me that she already closed her money drawer for the day so they will have to bill me, even though I was prepared to pay day of. I get my bill in the mail and it is $145, not $75. When I called Labcorp I can't get to a live person. When I email them they tell me to call to discuss, I asked what button should I press to speak to a person, and now I can get no response.Situations like this are why the health care system in the United States is utterly BROKEN. People are coming to you for help, they are PAYING YOU FOR HELP. Its an absolute shame. Don't waste your time.

Call this morning to make an appointment for x rays from a fall I had Waited 35 minutes for a P A to come in and say that the x-ray machine was down. Not the first time I have been rushed out after waiting 30 minutes or longer. And do not expect a call back with results either.

Billing is a mess. No online portal to find out what is owed. You just get a periodic letter demanding more money to their 3rd party payment site, pay the bill and 3 days later you get another identical one. 10 years of perfect credit ruined by these people ruined by a routine checkup.

Amanda Fallos, PA-C is a compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable provider. She has cared for my family for 11 years now. We love Amanda and SPC.These 1 star reviews are just shameful:*It is not the provider's problem if you show up late, and they ask you to reschedule. There’s an appointment time for a reason. If you are late, you make everyone else after you late. With respect, I don't like you enough for you to make me late. Get over yourself.*You probably should find another doctor if you think Amanda is doing too much bloodwork. Would you rather her do less bloodwork and not diagnose your issue? Do you only drive with 2 tires on your car as well?*To say SPC only cares about money is laughable. Amanda takes time and listens to my family's symptoms. If money was SPC's only concern, Amanda would see you for 2 minutes and throw a prescription at you. The providers at SPC are MUCH better than that.

After being a patient of this practice for more than 10 years, I am delighted to give a 5-star review for this office. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean, and well-equipped. The medical professionals are compassionate, caring, and provide exceptional care. I highly recommend this medical office to anyone in need of quality healthcare.

Amanda Fallos, PA is the best provider I have ever seen. She has cared for me and my children for over a decade now. She takes the time to listen to our medical symptoms and works with us to develop efficient treatment plans or refers us to excellent specialists if needed. I VERY highly recommend Summit Primary Care - Both Amanda Fallos, PA and Scott Major, MD are excellent providers.

If you like not actually being able to get the prescription meds you need to stay alive and have been getting for years, this is the place for you. If you LOVE unhelpful and uncaring receptionists, this place is the best. Want your doctor to be out of office with no notice to you or anyone to take over their messages and calls? They got it!

Michael Warren and Dr Mindi Hamby are wonderful Drs......that can not be said for my experience with Dr Milligan years ago!!!! Answering service can be very slow and call backs can take a while and long waiting times, but other than that it is a decent place if you get the right Doctor ? ?

We had sone tests done, it took over 6 months to get results. We paid our bill, a month later they sent another bill for $300. No one can tell me why??? Billing department doesn't answer the phone...I do not recommend.

I have always loved seeing Dr. Major. I was 14 minutes late for my appointment. I was not greeted at all at the front desk upon arriving. I actually had to announce my name and who I was there to see. After I wrote my name down on the pad and sat down the front desk gal said. "Did you know your appointment was at 3:10?" in the most condescending tone as if I was a kid in the principal's office rather than a paying customer. It was 3:24pm. I said yes I did traffic was bad getting across town. She then said there was only a 10 minute grace period and they could only get me in after the last patient of the day. I am a reasonable person and understand the intent behind a grace period and guidelines...but her condescending delivery and tone were rude. I've rarely been seen immediately at Summit Primary care after check in. A nurse has always checked me in and then I sit in the doctor office waiting for the doctor. I had to inquire about their walk in policy and see if another doctor was avail to see me since my issue was minor. There was another doctor avail and I was able to get my appt done. It costs me a couple hundred dollars for a Dr. Appt. What has happened to customer service? The lack of greeting, her condescending talk and overall way she made me feel is enough to make me want to switch practices. This gal at the front desk is not how I would want my business represented.

Dr. Major had been my primary care provider for nearly 20 years. I can’t say enough great things about him! The office is a different story. Along with billing being questionable, I’ve recently moved to another state and it has been impossible to obtain my medical records to establish a new provider. They do not have access to their patients records, as they use a third party. My new primary care provider has made requests over the last couple of months for medical records with no response. There’s no one you can speak to, only leave a message where you won’t get a response. They do, however, have a portal where you can request them in return for a fee. I think it’s ridiculous that patients cannot easily access their own records. After calling and waiting to speak with someone who has ability to make appointments, I explained my situation, and the receptionist laughed and said there wasn’t anything she could do. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

Find another doctor's office at all cost. Avoid this place. I was referred here by TriStar's own Urgent Care. The woman at the front desk was such a condescending person that I finally gave up and decided to leave. They need to replace that lady ASAP with somebody who does not raise their voice and talk down to patients. People needing medical assistance do not need to be talked to like they are too d*** to understand what you are saying.

The the lab technician was in a senseless rush , tossing Viles, moving at a fast pace and just stabbed my arm. Very hard.It hurt a lot, and I said she needed to slow down. She said “NOPE, YOU GUNNA FEEL THE SKIN BREAK” * awful experience *I felt so angry and upset and I couldn’t do anything about it because she had a needle in my arm. I couldn’t believe she had that kind of attitude and aggressiveness when stabbing needles into veins.Very uncomfortable, very Rude.I have been coming to this clinic since 2014.I will not be returning.I will not be getting blood drawn from that summit primary care again. 09-15-2022It is now 10-11.2022I have yet to receive any sort of apology from summit. I’ve called reception, the lab and left a review online. You’d think they would call a client back and see what they can do to ensure further business.I think they are just incompetent entirely. That’s what happens when you hire a bunch of cheap hood-rat-looking chicks to work in your laboratory. They act like little hood rats.Hire kind and courteous professionals. Not people that looks like they walked out the slums of Memphis to stab your vein. And Cary a careless attitude with them.

The most dismissive and disrespectful providers I have ever encountered. Dr. Milligan could not care less about any patient concern. My last physical last 10 minutes after waiting almost 30 minutes for him to come in after my set appointment time.He mentioned in this appointment I could come in free of charge for a blood pressure reading which I took him up on a few weeks later. Upon requesting this at the front desk I was informed Dr. Milligan would rather see me than just perform a blood pressure check and they were checking for a copay I would owe & filing insurance. Firstly, I did not request this service so the idea of making me come out of pocket and billing my insurance is ludicrous. This ended up not happening because I walked out after waiting TWENTY minutes and he still had not come in the examination room. When I found him and explained all I wanted was a blood pressure check and I was unhappy with this experience his exact words were “Well off with you then.” No apology or provider cadence. Will never be back to this sad excuse for a primary care office.
