I will not come to see any doctor to get a refill on blood pressure meds or cholesterol just to line your pockets. You people don't care about anyone. So I'll be finding another doctor

Cafeteria here is atrocious. They need some serious help. Staff and food.. terrible. Inedible. Sold me a moldy wrap with some slimy old lettuce. Prices are decent, but I guess not worth it if you end up in their ER after eating here.Sad situation.

Came for outpatient testing. Walked around for 30 minutes trying to figure out where to go. Registration is a mess. They have elderly people filling out registration forms on tablets. Staff openly talking to patients in the lobby about their co-pays and refusal of services due to inability to pay. APPALLING.

Horrible ER, staff was rude up front and waited 4 hrs even though there were only 3 peoplein the waiting room and online it said wait time was 30 mins, I don't even know who treated me because he never said his name, came in with extreme pain and never got my results other then he thought I was constipated. Turns out I had an issue with my intestines, lungs, and appendix as well as kidney infection that all went untreated was just told "At least it's not cancer". I have CHF with a pacemaker and my potassium was the lowest it's ever been.. didn't even address that when I collapsed from pain trying to get in the bed for CT or treat it even though I was literally crying in pain begging for help. Had the same issue 2 years ago with the same er and ended up having emergancy gallbladder surgery a week later in Mississippi. When we left 2 other women came out and said the same thing happened to them. Nothing was addressed and after 8 hrs were discharged. Would never recommend.

I would just like to say that even though I spent 7 hours waiting the service of these ppl team of GREATNESS was so appreciated and I am proud of our local nurses doctors and hospital in my area! Thank you guys!

I gave birth at Summit. I loved the nurse who helped me thru labor. I believe her name was Kelly. She was FANTASTIC. I obviously loved my OB. I even loved the nursery nurses who came to check on my son. One nurse in particular stands out from the nursery. Her name is Lauren. She works nights. She talked to me for probably an hour both nights she was there because I was going thru a lot. She took great care of our son when I sent him to the nursery our last night. She had him right next to her at the desk. I am grateful for her.

I went to the ER last night with my fiancée she was boiling with 103 fever. We checked in process was smooth and there wasn't many people ahead of us for the wait. We waited an hour and still no one checked her in. My fiancé started getting in and out of consciousness due to her pain in her stomach and almost threw up . I went to front desk and told her it was urgent and we need someone to see her she checked her vitals and said we have to continue waiting. The patient person I am I respectfully waited. Another hour goes by and other patients came into er to check in and got seen before my fiancé. The third hour I went to from again to complain since many patients were a priority before my fiancé when she was clearly in need of help with physician. They had no sense of urgency or cared to help us. Front recipient kept telling me we were 2nd in line and lied when we kept getting passed with her seeing a doctor. I have never in my life experienced an emergency room that neglects a patient knocking in and out of consciousness when other patients waiting were awake and on their phones smiling but yet they were seen after they came in after us by hours. DONT come to this hospital you will get neglected when in need. Very upset. We left and went to another hospital that took care of our emergency in need with the proper staff.

Brought in my 87 year old Mother for possible stroke. No sense of urgency or compassion. There is only one other non emergency couple in front of us. Lady couldn't even properly take BP.Go to triage, told there were no beds and to wait in the lobby. I was then told I couldn't wait in lobby with my scared 87 year old Mom who just had a stroke. What? Keep in mind there were 40 seats in the lobby and only 5 seats were taken.I then asked if my Mom, who was in a wheelchair, could wait with me 10 feet outside the lobby doors and was told no. We'll screw you and your inconsiderate, non compassionate care. Never again.

Recent visit to Summit Medical Center- Same Day Surgery side for a colonoscopy. What a great team! Really nice group of people taking care of me; very professional and caring and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and attended to every step of the way. Special thanks to Dr. James; Dr. Davidson and Susan in anesthesia; Michelle, Cindy and Miranda in Same day; and Mark in Endo for making everything go smoothly. Really appreciate it.

In ER overnight even though admitted to hospital. No one during overnight checked to see if I needed bathroom or anything. Spoke with one MD in over 14hr period. No pillow but yet staff obviously had time to clean what looked to be overflow items. Was brought ice cold food and water. Asked for director and so far a no show.
