Horrible customer service!!! Sat at the drive thru speaker for 6 minutes!!!! Still no acknowledgment and it’s now 8pm and the female worker laughing saying “we’re closed!!!”

Pointless ? when they closed at 5pm ? , even if posted online and the door states 9pm ? on its lettering.It’s not lack of employees because they were just inside sitting, and outside smoking ?.Not the spot to get your fix if they arent focused and helping on healthy habits.Might as well drive 15-20mins out of my way to another SK.

I hate to complain... but, I used to come here all the time and always had a good experience. Ever since the staff has changed, the service and quality has gone down immensely.The most recent time the smoothie literally tasted so acidic it was inedible and I had to throw it away. $10 down the drain. Mind you the ingredients are strawberry protein, peanut butter, and banana? The time before I was greeted with "can I get your order" which I recited multiple times respectfully... then after the third time of not hearing me (or not listening) he just stopped responding and speaking entirely for about 2 minutes straight. Two minutes of pure silence hahaha! Then a lady finally came on and asked to take my order. How many times do I have to repeat myself? If this is good customer service, we're all doomed. I'm not picky. I never send anything back. I always tip, even when I shouldn't. The taste hasn't been good in general at this location for about a month, but today was particularly horrible. Before today I just figured it was new employees, but if it's a pattern after weeks of this... one would assume this would be fixed with practice. I'm super bummed because life is expensive enough... I shouldn't have to throw away a smoothie. Or wait 20 minutes for you to figure out how to make it. Or even just take my order when there is hardly anyone in the line. Please fix this immediately. Or don't... I can't come back here. Lol.

This location is spot on. I go weekly sometimes daily and there is never any variance in the quality of how my smoothie is made. It is always fresh and majority of the time fast prepared. The staff is always friendly and my employees look forward to Smoothie day.

Online ordering is always turned off or doesn’t work for this location only. They must shut it down for some reason. It’s a beating. Terrible location / example of a smoothie king.

I still order the Slim & Trim & it is STILL the BEST Smoothie! Also I have tried the new bowls & they are more like dessert & yet you know it's healthy & clean eating, delicious! Also the manager was at the window & she was sooo pleasant, she told me about the app so I WILL BE BACK!

Best location ever!! I came through and it was my first time so I wasn't sure what to get, destiny was so helpful and answered all my questions patiently. She definitely makes me want to come back to this location with this service. My smoothie was delicious! I got the Banana Boat! My experience couldn't have been any better! I know most places are understaffed and normally under stress, but this location was handling super well.

I'm really shocked by the negative reviews here. I've had only the best interactions with the staff here- even when they were short staffed with a line around the building. Smoothies always amazing! I've nothing but good things to say. Perhaps working in the food and beverage for years lends me the humanity often lacking from other reviewers one sided (often limiting) experience- best advice? Have some patience, treat others with kindness, and tip 20%. xoxo
