A month ago they called me and we set up an appointment for an MRI. I wanted to be the first in so we set it at 0745 hrs. I show up, early, and wait to be checked in. They say, “Oh, your appointment isn’t until this afternoon.”I show them the text message I received from THEM stating my 0745/0800 appointment. They reply, “Ou. Sorry. That’s not what we have scheduled.” I told her the text is from her place of business. Why would they send a text telling me what time and have something completely different on their calendar!?! It screws my whole day up.IDGAF attitude. Great. Atrocious place. Customer service is out the window since the past 8-10 years. Worthless.

I cannot express enough my disappointment with my local Hermitage Premier Radiology. Never have I been treated so rudely by the front desk staff. Rocio Louis was the lady that assisted me. I’m not certain if she was having a bad day or what was going on. She made absolutely no concession in trying to make me comfortable as I was in horrific pain with a broken foot. She had me standing balancing for an extended amount of time with no concerned at all. She was absolutely confused that when I called the schedule the x-ray, I was told it would be done by walk in. I had all of the documentation. Additionally, I had my referral and all insurance information. She had no idea how to put it into the computer. She continued to roll her eyes and huff loudly as I stood there about in tears from the pain. Unfortunately, I had to return to pick up a copy of the results. Thankfully, she did direct me to have a seat until she could locate the disk. I told her when I had called 30 minutes ago I was told that the disk was ready and come in and ask for her personally. She announced loudly she had no recollection of any such call. Once I receive the disk, for some reason she felt necessary to announce to the entire lobby that I would not be able to view the disk. She continued that the disc had to have special software to be viewed and needed to go directly to my doctor. I guess my computer has special powers as the disk could plainly pull up the X-rays. I don’t feel this is the typical service but is based on this location. Next time I will definitely drive to Mount or even Bellevue for better service and treatment.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The two ladies at check in are delightful. Had a few hiccups but they worked with me to get the job done.

Everyone was rude from the moment we got there. Our ultrasound was done by a medical student who had no idea what was going on. We paid 150 dollars and they didn't even provide my midwife with the information that was the whole purpose we had the ultrasound in the first place. never going back

Listen to the reviews. Waited over two hours past my appt time. Kept being told I was next. My turn never came. Go somewhere else, save yourself the hassle.

The people in the office were great, but the company's billing practices are sketchy, to put it mildly. They required that I pay $300 when I visited. Turns out what I actually owed was only $129. And yet, they still sent me a bill. Not a refund. A bill.I called them. Girl on phone verifies like 80 different things before she can do anything. Then it takes her like 30 minutes to search anything.They are overbilling and just hoping people either don't notice or give up.

this is the apex of health company b.s stay as far away as possible.billing is a nightmare,they send out to oversees company.been dealing with them for 5 months.they owe me money back since i overpayed at time of service. they just keep billing me 4 different amounts.will not. give me back what they owe me.please do yourself favor go anywhere else.

I went to the Hermitage location. The scan itself didn't take long to schedule or to complete, which is a plus. The woman running the front desk, however, should not be in the position she is in. She was rude and condescending...not only to me but to other patients that arrived after I did. I'd chock it up to her having a bad day, but she wasn't any nicer when I called to set the appointment up the day before.Having any sort of scan like the ones that are done here is stressful enough for patients. No one needs to be made to feel more anxious by unkind employees.

I arrived at 7 AM on a Friday. The waiting room was uncomfortably warm. Checkin was easy and quick. Front desk offered us bottled water. I was taken back in the order of my appointment, not in order of arrival which I appreciate. Kyle did the MRI and was professional and kind. When I left, the waiting room was packed. Very glad I had an early appointment. I never had to call this office, my referring office made the appointment so I cannot comment on whether or not they are reachable by phone.

Miss Vicki at the front desk is always a sweet lady to interact with. Once I thought I had misplaced my phone and she was quick to call it several times helping me hear it. It was under my car seat. I find all of the staff at the Hermitage facility professional, personable and very helpful.

I had 2 procedures done 1 month apart. Received the bill for the first and paid it, but it was posted to the second resulting in my not receiving a bill for the second one but leaving the first listed as unpaid! No other attempt made to contact me. Was turned over to a collection agency! Will not use again.

The ladies at the front were quick and professional but the star for me was Darrell in MRI. Turns out I have a fractured femur. I was in so much pain. He was so patient with me transferring from wheelchair to MRI bed. He was kind to help me stay covered when I was worried my clothes were sliding up. And Darrel was very kind to try to help me get back in the wheelchair with the least amount of movement and pain. Then sent my mom ahead for the car and rolled me to the entryway. He could not have been kinder.

Please do not say you can walk in between 8 and 5. If your technicians leave at 5:00, patients make the trip in vain because they will not have tests done even when they arrive before 5:00. You need to change your hours if you will not see people who have made arrangements to arrive at 4:45, within the window you have advertised for walk-ins. This is frustrating.
