She was very helpful and even changed a plan of mine that was better suited for my needs. She handled everything in the fastest time I’ve ever been at a Verizon store. “Great switch. Jessica ( Jess) at the Hermitage location was so patient and friendly helping me switch two phones from the expensive carriers (you know V ) There are lots of steps into switching. First I was referred by a long time Cricket customer so I had confidence that I was doing the right thing ( the best service for the best value). I am a Senior Citizen so just knowing the jargon and where to find the numbers is mind blowing. Jessica and her staff walked me through the process. The V has no customer support that you can call, apps? I hate those. Now I know that Jessica will help me whenever I need help . I have a business card with her name and phone. Better than the machines and online BS. I highly recommend ( especially for seniors) to drop by and ask for Jessica.”
