“I came in wanting to pay off my iPad and trade it in. I also wanted to get a new phone because mine was giving out. Fortunately I walked right in and was able to be seen by Eleanor. She was very helpful and even changed a plan of mine that was better suited for my needs. She handled everything in the fastest time I’ve ever been at a Verizon store. I would definitely recommend asking for her if you needed any assistance. Overall great experience. Best regards to Eleanor, as well.”

“Great switch. Jessica ( Jess) at the Hermitage location was so patient and friendly helping me switch two phones from the expensive carriers (you know V ) There are lots of steps into switching. First I was referred by a long time Cricket customer so I had confidence that I was doing the right thing ( the best service for the best value). I am a Senior Citizen so just knowing the jargon and where to find the numbers is mind blowing. Jessica and her staff walked me through the process. The V has no customer support that you can call, apps? I hate those. Now I know that Jessica will help me whenever I need help . I have a business card with her name and phone. Better than the machines and online BS. I highly recommend ( especially for seniors) to drop by and ask for Jessica.”

“I came in to file a claim on my phone bc I had multiple technical issues. I have 2 jobs and haven’t had time to come by the store. I left very satisfied with an upgraded phone and a new pair of AirPods in less than an hour. I will be back for the buy one get one Apple Watch. He deserves a raise!!!! I wish I could remember his name?. He used to work at GameStop, is all I can remember.”
