When we walked into the store, me and my husband were greeted warmly. The salesman asked what we were looking for and was very helpful. He told us we could sit or my on the beds and choose which one we liked. He didn’t pressure us into anything. That’s a big giant plus for me! We would definitely recommend Mark’s Matteess outlet to family and friends in Hermitage.

I heard about Mark's Mattress Outlet years ago from Dave Ramsey. Over a period of 10+ years this is the 4th mattress set I've purchased from Mark's Mattress Outlet. We needed to replace our king mattress in our master bedroom, which I purchased from them about 10 years ago. Went there today and did just that. Bought a beautiful Beautyrest Harmony Lux Carbon mattress at a great price. The general manager, Ron, is a first class guy. Great folks, and a great company to do business with.

Kevin is very knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know about adjustable beds.
We got a great mattress setup at an extremely reasonable price. They included mattress protectors, pillows and sheets. This is the place, folks!

We just moved to Nashville and found Mark’s Mattresses through the Helix Sleep website. Our goal was to test out the Helix Midnight Luxe mattress and then go order it online direct. But after speaking with John, we decided to order it through the store based on his personality and extensive knowledge in helping us decide on the right mattress. He spent plenty of time with us, even staying after hours to make sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable with our decision. He got us a great price (better than Helix direct) and couldn’t be happier with our decision, all because of John!

Great store with wide variety of high quality mattresses at wholesale prices. Jerry was awesome and fixed me up with the mac-daddy of mattresses at an unbelievable price. Super good people there. Trust me, I shopped around. Save yourself some time and a lot of money and go here.

The customer sales rep was awesome. Very nice and pleasant. He was so personable and helpful. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I would follow him if he were ever to move to another location. Although I hope that will never be the case. He deserves recognition. Kudos to him.
