Suit coats and sports coats will not lay correctly when done by Joy Cleaners in Hermitage. I'm embarrassed to wear them and had to take them to another cleaners to be done properly. Strongly recommend using another dry cleaner. I have talked to them about this more than once and there has been no improvement.
UPDATE: When I was finally able to communicate with the owner/manager the issue was corrected. They are the only place around that will still get things back to you in the afternoon if you have it in by 8:00 a.m. I have updated my rating.

I’ve used Joy for more than 20 years. They have consistently been dependable and courteous, and we are never disappointed with the quality of their services. During Covid, I had forgotten that I’d dropped some shirts, and I didn’t remember to pick them up for MONTHS. When I realized, I went back to claim them, and not only did they quickly get the shirts, they didn’t charge extra and were as courteous as usual. I saw another post here about the price, but excellent quality and service are not going to be cheap. Honestly, you will get what you pay for!
