Have used this company for several years now for advertising specialty products for my office. I work for a non-profit, and he has been extremely kind to us over the years with discounts and grace periods if needed. The owner Ed Williams is an incredibly nice man and someone that I can completely trust to execute an order and have my ________ arrive on time. I'm not saying every order for every item over the years has always been perfect, but when there has been a hiccup, he takes care of it no matter what. I suppose I should ammend that statement to say "within reason" but I doubt anyone looking to take advantage of a small independently-owned business would be searching through yelp for possible victims. He's also the kind of guy that you can call up with an idea, and say "Find me ____ for $_____," and if it's out there, he'll find it. When you have so many choices for t-shirts and other promotional products, why not go with the little guy that you know will also be your friend?
