“ETA: Almost a year later I am having to use my insurance to repair my vehicle after a fender bender. I have had a time with rental car company and once again Diane has gone above and beyond to help me. She is top notch as are all of the other people I have interacted with at the office. During this process we lost my mother in-law and we received a hand signed card from them expressing their sympathy for us. EVERYONE hand signed the card and it was so thoughtful and unexpected.
Diane has been so friendly and helpful after I was in an accident last week. She was able to get a rental car for me through my policy while we waited for the other insurance information. She has also answered all of my questions even when they were about the other insurance company. The receptionist Betty is also very friendly. Thank you ladies for everything!”
