I had a bad service with Meribeth Follmer as a pecient I ask a question never get the answer from her no discussion what so ever when I call I was transer to the case worker she yeld at me hanging the phone on me. Not only that the case worker told me she's not going to see you no more she turnminated you she said. Like she's the only nurse practitioner in the state of TN. They thing I don't have anywhere to go Thank God I already have a new Dr. I just wanted to share my experience with this group..

Probably the worst run clinic I’ve experienced. My parents have gone to Dr. Chad Kurzynske for years and he’s great. However, if you try to call the office or seek help during business hours or god-forbid you need help after hours, you are out of luck. Unfortunately I’ll be changing my parents care team away from this office. For those of you that need just prescriptions refilled, I’d suggest this practice. You can do that without speaking to anyone.

I have been seeing Sara McClellan for the past several years and couldn't be more pleased with the care she provided. Fortunately for her, Unfortunately for me she has left medicine to be with her children and husband.When I called this week for a refill of my Adderall I was told that no one associated with the Practice would be writing scripts for controlled substances in the future. She said a letter was mailed to all patients effected by this new policy decision, but I never received any letter. Anyone who uses these types of medications knows how difficult it is to find a Doc and start all over with your previous medical history, especially when your meds run out the next day. I am terrified how I'm going to find someone, let alone an Office that has provided the exception care I've received here.

Let me just say don’t go see Dr.Kurzynsky if you want good decent quality care. My mom fell, went to the ER, had an XR of her wrist. She was told to follow up with her PCP. She did, in which he ordered an XR of her hand. After 4 days still no results, when she called to get results the office staff was rude and hateful. This has happened multiple times. Worst care I’ve ever seen. I work in healthcare and she’s a retired nurse so this is ridiculous to treat anyone this way.

I had an early appointment. I was doing some updates to paperwork (less than 5 minutes), before I was even done I was taken to the exam room. The nurse was ready and did her prep work quickly. By the time she was done the doctor was there. We had our usual nice visit, he always has time to listen to my concerns and make suggestions. Everything very friendly and efficient.

Competent , caring, professional staff. Everyone was professional. All questions and concerns were addressed and resolved. Doctor Shah is a compassionate caring and extremely knowledgeable doctor. We are happy with our decision to transfer to Heritage Primary Care and Doctor Shah.

I see Rachel the NP. She is wonderful. She actually listens to your concerns and I FEEL she cares. It's so hard to find someone like her who will really listen to her patients. I don't ever have much to complain about and see her for med refills but she always makes sure I'm ok top of my other health needs and reminding me to make other appointments (paps, mammograms, etc) and I'm glad she does! She is wonderful, caring and super down to earth. I have been her patient for years.

Best care from Dr. Kurzynske, who actively listens and then acts on it, pending appropriate testing and confirmation. Staff is A-1. Hermitage Primary is not like a factory, and you are treated as the individual you are. It doesn't get any better than that!

Honestly, Maribeth (NP) is just the best. She is sweet, attentive, and actually works with me for my care.She doesn't ONLY ask what I want or ONLY give me her personal treatment opinions. She mixes both and helps me get the best out of my appointments.(Sent too early)I also enjoy my experiences with the other staff. They have been efficient, but are also enjoyable to speak with and have a wonderful (but professional) sense of humor.

Well, for those of us whose BP rises every time they enter a medical facility; everyone has been very caring and with a sense of humor which helps me. I often resort to humor when I'm nervous. Mari Beth is great! I am very comfortable with her. I appreciate that she doesn't "sugarcoat" what she feels I need to understand. I need the honesty!

Very considerate and confidential at the front desk. The MA was friendly, confident, and knowledgeable. My PCP is awesome, honest, trustworthy and tells it upfront, I like to know more of what’s going on. Thanks Maribeth! ?

My waiting time was minimal. The receptionist has always been friendly. Nurse Ashley and Dr Follmer always take the time to listen to my complaints, and they respond to my needs in a caring, professional way. The lab technicians do a great job drawing my blood - my veins are a bit stingy. I have recommended Heritage Primary Care to my family members, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking great medical attention.

This was my first visit with Dr. Shah. The front desk person was very nice. Dr. Shah also was very nice and spent a lot of time discussing my medical conditions. He did not appear rushed as a lot of doctors do. I was very pleased with my visit.

I always have a positive experience when I come in for routine blood work and checkups, every few months. Every interaction with anyone at this office is genuinely compassionate, kind, and uplifting. The professionalism is just as consistent, with clear communication, response times, knowledge, and always has a humanitarian edge to it.
