“I called before visiting GNC Donelson and I spoke with “Moe”. She was very pleasant and helpful over the phone and she assured me GNC Donelson had the particular product in stock. I arrived maybe 1 hour later and Moe not only remembered me calling her but she also did more research about the product I was looking for and offered me 2 options and explained to me the difference between the two products. Moe signed me up the GNC rewards program and explained to me all of the benefits I would gain. I’m writing this review because you don’t come across great customer service these days. She was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient. What more can a customer ask for. Thank you Moe! GNC you have a great employee on your hands!!
