Nancy was amazing from the moment I stepped in looking for my dress. She was patient, kind and was willing to work with me. I loved that it was just me and my future mother in law when trying on dresses. I did not have to worry about seeing other brides and feeling extremely self conscious. After I purchased my dress she was communicative on when items arrived. I recommend this bridal shop 100 times over to anyone looking for a beautiful and affordable dress.

This is definitely a must-go! They have a beautiful selection and Nancy is one-of-a-kind. You get individualized and personal attention.On a personal note, I had been to several Nashville bridal boutiques before coming here and was at my wit's end. I did not like ANYTHING and did not like the service I received. I had literally told my fiancé I didn't think I would wind up buying a wedding dress. Nancy changed that! She is SO knowledgeable about all of her dresses, fabrics, fits, and the alterations process. She got into the business because she loved shopping for wedding dresses with her own daughter, and her passion shows. She was just what I needed when my own mother couldn't come. I highly recommend Bridal House to anyone in and around Nashville who needs a wedding dress.

Nancy was the perfect person to help find my dress! I know nothing about shapes or styles of dresses and Nancy was patient, just listening to my ideas. I ended up going with the first dress she chose for me! Her shop was clean and intimate (no worrying about other people walking by making comments) and just perfect! I highly recommend her!

Nancy and her shop is amazing! I ended up buying the very first dress Nancy picked for me to try on!! She understood what I wanted and was able to gracefully guide me through the process. I get very nervous making decisions but she was so helpful and was not pushy at all! I also loved having the whole store to ourselves, free of distractions. Nancy is amazing and helped me pick out the dress of my dreams. She is a pleasure to work with and focuses on what the brides' priorities are and helps you narrow down your pick based on what you want and how you feel in the dress. Also, the prices were very reasonable. Great customer service!! ESPECIALLY when I contacted her a year later and told her I had a problem with my alterations. She was almost just as upset as I was about the bad alteration and has done everything in her power to help me fix the situation, even though we're not in the same state and she had nothing to do with the person I stupidly chose to take my dress to for alterations. Would recommend Nancy and her business 100/100. Also, just such a lovely person.

Nancy was wonderful to work with and she helped choose a variety of dresses. The shop is clean. I was very disappointed however with my experience after shopping here. My dress arrived 2 months later than expected (no option to cancel or receive any sort of refund). My dress arrived 8 weeks before my wedding. I was also expecting high end quality and my dress ripped in several places when trying it on, I had it mended for my wedding, and it ended up ripping significantly during my wedding. My custom sized dress was too short when arrived and I spend a couple hundred dollars lengthening it and sizing it. I spent a lot of money on my dress and expected better quality.

Nancy was so attentive and personable during my consultation, which made me fully enjoy the experience. She listened to all of my ideas without trying to direct me to something else outside of my budget. This boutique has samples in all shapes and sizes, which meant that the dresses Nancy pulled ALL flattered my body and made me feel amazing. I ordered a beautiful lace gown that I never would have picked for myself. Nancy had a vision, and she was spot on. Thank you, Nancy, for a wonderful dress shopping experience! I highly recommend this shop for a personal, intimate bridal shopping experience.

If you’re looking for a wedding dress in Nashville, The Bridal House is the place to go! Nancy was so sweet and helpful and I loved that the appointment was private. I tried on several beautiful dresses and ended up buying my dress, veil, and belt for a great price! They arrived about 3 months after I ordered, which was earlier than expected. I can’t wait to wear my dress in a few months!

I visited here last week and Nancy helped me out! Her customer service was top knotch and she did a great job creating the bridal experience for me. She went above and beyond to help me out! Although I ended up not getting my dress from here, I still wanted to recognize Nancy and Bridal House of Nashville!! Beautiful store and I will make sure to recommend to anyone dress shopping :)

A cute and convenient bridal shop! I didn't say 'yes to the dress' here, but Nancy treated me as if I did. She was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She taught us all kinds of things, so if you're looking for a dress in Nashvile, I vote you give her a visit :)
