This company moved me long distance and they were very efficient, professional and very careful about my move. They informed if anything that thought may be of a concern with the move. They went over and beyond and worked tirelessly without a break. I do recommend taking a break on any job but this just shows how dedicated they are to their job! They were excellent and I would refer them to anyone looking for movers.

I made an appointment to move on Sunday, July 14, 2019, and received email and phone call confirmations that the movers would arrive between 9 am - 11 am. No one ever showed up. I tried to call and the office was closed. I had no other number to call so I received no service. I called the next day and the receptionist said she would see what happened. Haven't heard anything since. I DO NOT recommend this company because they are very unprofessional, unreliable and have done NOTHING to rectify the situation. If I could give negative 5 stars, I surely would do so. I had to hire another company to move me out of my apartment the day I was supposed to be out instead of two days before like it should've been.

They don't answer the phone when you call; you have to leave a message and they MIGHT call back. They gave me an arrival time of 1-4pm and text me at 8:30am asking if they could come sooner, then didn't bother showing up AT ALL. I called the office and left multiple voicemails during business hours to no avail, and called and text Joe, the mover, and got absolutely no response either. When I finally got ahold of them the next day, they didn't even apologize and were exceptionally rude, considering the fact that I was still humoring rescheduling with this absurd company. I wound up getting a refund because the girl that answers the phones is so awful and the company is such a scam. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND HEADACHE!! Call Titan Movers instead.

No call no show for my move. This business doesn't have a working phone number much less any type of customer service. This business owner also operates under several business names- take your business somewhere else!

STOLEN JEWELRY These guys were late, as all the other reviews say. They did eventually show up. Everything seemed good with the move until we realized the next day that my wife's engagement ring, wedding band, and two additional rings had been stolen out of her ring tray. Currently working with the police on this issue but no resolution yet. Feel free to message me on here if you'd like more details, I'm happy to give you reasons to stay away.

Absolutely worst moving company ever! Do not waste your time with these people. They are very unprofessional and know nothing about customer service. Joseph, the owner, assured me my property would be safe in their hands. That was a lie. The movers broke my tv stand and didn't even tell me. I didn't notice it until the next day. They have absolutely no integrity at all. Then they took apart my jewelry armoire without even asking me and did not put it back together when they left. Joseph said he would reimburse me some money on my tv stand. That's been over 3 weeks ago and now he won't even answer my text messages now. Chris cuts side deals to hustle extra money as well. They should not still be in business. Just a overall horrible experience.

I just want to give a HUGE thank you, and shout out to Astronaut Movers, LLC!!! It was the best to be able to get our storage moved in to our new place as quickly as you all did. The guys were professional, kind, careful with our things, and kept me laughing! I appreciate the peace of mind you all gave us through this move

Do not use this company! They have horrible professionalism and customer service. My mother in law booked this company for 01/25/2019 through Groupon. The movers did not show up for the set and only advised of what was happening when my husband called to get their ETA. We were advised they were having issues with their truck but promised to come on 01/26/2019 at 9am. They also advised they had another truck coming from Atlanta. We were understanding and accepted the new time. Again, we did not hear anything from them at the new scheduled time. My husband had to contact the company again to determine an ETA. We were told they were still working on their truck, but we were given a window time of 9-11am. At almost noon, my husband yet again had to contact the company. He was advised they were still having issues and were not sure they could come today. When we told the owner of their unprofessionalism and poor communication. The response we received was, "Groupon will refund your money". Needless to say, this was unfortunately a disappointing and frustrating experience with Astronaut Movers. I would never recommend anyone give them your time or business.

I thought I was getting a great deal when I found a Groupon for 2 hours and 2 men but little did I know it would be a nightmare. I have moved over a dozen times with all of the same stuff and never have encountered more incompetent and unprofessional movers. For starters, my move-in window was from 1-4, and they called me at 11 saying they were almost there and I wasn't even home and had more things left to pack. I told them to take their time and I rushed, called them back at 12 to see where they were and they didn't show up until 2 pm! They intentionally were moving slow (let's hope no human really moves as slow as they do) so that I would run over my time limit and have to pay 119 for another hour. My mom and I had to start moving everything ourselves to the truck so that they could just load it in their truck. If we didn't help it would have honestly took them 7 hours, no joke. So now my mom and I are basically unloading the truck by ourselves and they only brought in 3 larger items, (which by the way they made a huge scratch in my wood table) the guy sees us helping and just goes off on us. Starts yelling and complaining about how far of a walk it is from the truck to my new apartment and complaining about how I somehow made him wait 2 hours, which most definitely was not the case. Meanwhile, there were movers next to me helping another tenant move in and felt so bad for us they started helping me while Astronaut movers were still yelling at me. It was by far the worst moving experience of my life. Save yourself and trust me, NEVER USE THEM.

Very unprofessional. A lady bought furniture from me and scheduled these gerbils. We were scheduled four different times and waited many hours. First someone was sick, so they canceled at the last minute. Second, they didnt show up because the job had been rescheduled. The third time, they did not finish the job because they did not bring tools or a dolly that worked for the job. Finally, they came back three days later, saying they really didn't want to move the last piece but they would. All the while, i have moved to another location and have been driving back and forth, sometimes twice a day. On both occasions they showed up with commercially rented trucks from different companies. This has been going on for 10 days! Hire at your own risk!

Update: After calling the company to let them know my concerns, they were very helpful. I was given a refund for the hour I was charged. The manager was very professional and understood my concerns. Again the movers did a good job and I was thankful that they were able to assist me. Sorry for the late update.

(Pick up estimate 1-4pm) We have used this company several times in the past with no issue. Things have unfortunately changed. I suggest you stay far away from this company. After spending an entire day waiting for them to show up 40 miles from my home with a sick toddler, with a call over an hour past the scheduled pick up time to say that they won't even be making it to us... yeah we are going to leave a bad review and suggest you take your business elsewhere. I have attached screen shot images to try to save face and actually provide proof I had an appointment and was a customer this weekend. Good luck out there.

STAY AWAY. Absolutely ridiculous company and the worst business experience I have ever had. We set up a time from 1-4 pm on a Saturday, waited all day, and never heard from anyone. I left two voicemails with the company and no-one was in the office after the designated timeframe. They finally responded on Facebook messenger saying the movers attempted to contact me 4 times and so they left, which is absolutely untrue because 1. The office called yesterday to confirm details to my correct number and 2. We have been at our location all day with the windows and doors open to see anyone who would drive by. We are being forced to now find last minute movers and will be battling with Groupon for a full refund. I have never had this terrible of an experience - they literally had no reaponse! Stay away.
