Very very helpful front desk person, Peggy. They have been great in getting my glasses originally. Now they are helping me to try to get an arm for my glasses. I thought I was going to have to buy a complete frame again after only a year...but I may be able to just but an arm!! They are super helpful!!

Today, it was my first time in this clinic. Impeccable service, from the receptionist, through the assistant Kelly and the wonderful doctor John. I did numerous examinations, received all the necessary explanations and guidance, leaving confident and very satisfied. I recommend.

I really like Dr. Anderson. She is an awesome doctor and is very personable and caring and really cares about her patients. I look forward to seeing her every year. I also like the location because it is easy to get in and out.

Best eye care in Hermitage! You are greeted with a smile as soon as you walk through the door. While being processed, I was asked how I was and if I had done anything exciting since my last visit which was a year ago. You def get personable service here. Dr John and Dr Terri are a husband and wife team who give excellent care. I enjoyed the visit with Dr Terri today. We discussed my vision along with my overall health to common interests. See you next year!

Dr. Terri is an amazing professional! My mom had a stroke about six months ago and it left her with expressive aphasia. As you can imagine, that makes participation in an eye exam extremely difficult. Dr. Terri was able to create a way that mom could show her what she was seeing and it made it so much less stressful and emotional for mom when she did it! I wasn’t using her office for my needs before but I definitely will be switching now after seeing her compassion and kindness toward my mother as a patient. Great job to the Anderson Eye Care team!

Fantastic service with a really thorough exam, and lots of choices on site if you choose to purchase your glasses there. Really pleased with the level of detail offered in my exam, and thoroughly impressed with the caliber of equipment that this smaller family-owned business offers their customers.

The entire staff was incredible! I've never had such efficient, helpful and wonderful service at an optometrist and I've been wearing glasses for over 30 years. The optometrist was funny, thorough, and explained all my questions in great detail. Kim was very friendly and helpful in pointing me in the right direction for the kind of lenses I was looking for including the style and size. Lastly, I CANNOT say enough about Shawn. TENS all across the board! 110% commitment to customer excellence and service. Not only did she answer all my questions in great detail, she listened to my concerns, looked for great deals and was sooo helpful. She saved me a huge amount and made my visit memorable and overall great. The Plymouth Target Optical Center is definitely the best one in the area! See for yourself!
