My wife and I recently purchased two Golden Technologies Regal lift chairs from All Star Medical LLC. We contacted several companies in our area before settling on All Star for our purchase. We rated the company 5 Stars based on the discussion we had with Taylor, the customer service rep, and the purchase price for the chairs. Taylor is not a commissioned sales person and his input was very straightforward and frank. His thorough knowledge of the products helped us quickly make our final decision on the model and options that best fit our needs. After making our product selection, the purchase process was also very quick and easy. And, after sale communication has been excellent. We are very satisfied with our purchase and will certainly contact All Star first if we have future need for a medical device. Glen

EDITED TO ADD: I received a gracious apology from the manager, and i appreciate it. We all have bad days. I adjusted my review to 5 stars because I appreciate this locally-owned business being here to serve people in our community. They delivered and picked up, on time, a quality product that helped my recovery from surgery two different times now....Sending feedback to the owners: the automated confirmations on your online orders for delivery could prepare the customer better, with a phone number to call to inquire about delivery window and a statement that the customer will receive a call 45 minutes before delivery on the day of their delivery. There is currently no information on the email currently other than "status has been changed to awaiting delivery."When I delivered this suggestion by phone today I was met with deflection first and argumentive blaming from the manager. He told me that it was I who chose an online no-contact method of doing business and therefore that's what i received and i ahould know the order would be delivered on the date as requested. Their customer service skills could be better.

I rented a mobility lift for my 94 year old Mom for a wedding weekend and it was a life saver. All-star medical delivered it to the hotel we stayed in and picked it up after with no problem. I would rate them 10 stars for working with me for a weekend of a lifetime!!! Thank you All-Star!!

I wanted to try a knee scooter. They were very helpful to bring one out, adjust to my size, and explain how to use it. Although I decided not to rent it, I appreciate the time they took with me.

I recently moved to Nashville, and sometime during the move my wheelchair was damaged (a nut had fallen off and was lost). I took the chair to All Star Medical where Tyler quickly identified the problem and replaced the nut with no charge to me. After that I had a long informative conversation with Tyler and the rest of the staff about the pros and cons of different wheelchairs. I was given information I found very useful, as I will soon need to upgrade my current wheelchair. If I do decide to upgrade my wheelchair while in Nashville I will do it through All Star Medical

Working with these guys are great. Friendly, knowledgeable and always so nice. I have worked with them several times. My Dads electric wheelchair stopped working and Kevin and team was able to resolve within a day. Great team.

This crew at the Hermitage location is ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH! The manager Kevin is great, very compassionate and caring! Working with both Trent and Kevin and them talking TO an accessible customer rather than AT a customer especially when it comes to a medical device goes a loooong way. I was treated with wonderful respect and that my business and accessibility needs mattered. Kevin (owner) you have a great staff at your Hermitage location!

All Star medical was chosen by Delta Airlines to be the local agent working with me in Nashville after my mobility scooter had been destroyed on a flight. All-Star called me immediately and made arrangements to meet me with a loaner scooter and take mine to try to repair it or at least assess the damage. Within 24 hours they notified me that it was not repairable, and they worked with Delta’s people to make sure that I had a replacement scooter, which was sent directly to my home and arrived within 48 hours. I was very impressed with Tyler, who was the All-Star employee that I worked with. Everything was done in a very timely manner, including returning my personal belongings that were on the destroyed scooter. I would absolutely recommend them in Nashville.

I have been shopping with All Star medical for several years and bought many different thing from them to help with my mom’s mobility . I’m always happy with my purchases. They are always eager to help us with any problem that comes up.Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable about what they sell and stand behind them as well. I've used Kevin and the group from All Star Medical a couple of times now. I needed 10 scooters for a trade show at the Music City Center and they delivered and picked up. Excellent, friendly service with great communication throughout the process! I definitely will use them again!

Horrible experience with All-Star wheelchair since day one! Don’t expect them to return your wheelchair within 30 days. Also when I asked for a new battery they said it’s not under warranty. So they want me to pay $265 for a new one. The battery didn’t even last a year. Customer service is horrible as well.
