Worse place to give business…. Employee at desk doesn’t know how to treat senior customers. She was talking soo rudely with 80 years old man. This kind employee shouldn’t be working in gas stations……

I am here to pick up an uber eats order. I already called before I drove all the way out here and was told the order was ready. I get to the store one person asleep in a car and one asleep behind the counter. Then they stood up and looked at me and then sat back down and door locked. Very unprofessionaland i'll be calling corporate as well.

Do you want to walk through a barrage of beggars, some blocking the doorway with cardboard signs smoking weed to go inside? Do you also want scary strangers coming up to your car windows as soon as you pull up to the pump asking for money and offering drugs? THEN THIS IS GAS STATION FOR YOU! The cashier said they are there every night and the store won't do anything about it except tape signs on the door saying the restrooms are permanently closed! They also have seats from cars in their landscaping with more panhandlers so they have a comfortable place to sit and hang out. Worst gas station in Hermitage. Straight nasty.

I’ve gone to this 7/11 twice in the past 2 weeks and both times they were closed early with cashiers still inside just sitting at the register. The doors were locked at 6pm and the cashier wouldn’t even come to the door on Halloween. And tonight doors were locked again at 9:30pm. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is supposed to be a 24-hour 7-Eleven and gas station. We arrived at 10:00 on Monday night for gas and to use the bathroom and it's posted on the door that the bathrooms are closed. And we asked the snotty young girl at the counter if we could use the bathrooms, of course she told us that the bathrooms are closed. And when we asked why the bathrooms were closed, she's told us "because the bathrooms are closed". Even though we were willing to purchase gas she still would'nt accommodate us as far as the bathrooms were concerned. So needless to say if you need to go in and use any convenience from this 7-Eleven later in the evening, don't bother. Please move along and take your money elsewhere. They apparently have no need of it nor care to provide any accommodations to their customers.

Hasn’t had their Slurpee Machine turned on for months now! Today being 7-11 and them being to lazy to clean and turn it on was the final straw. Not only are the restrooms always closed (going on a year now it seems), the drink area is always dirty, and as I said they had the Slurpee machine turned on in ages! There’s also incredibly creepy opera music blasting from the speakers around the back. Just adds to the grimy creepy vibe of the entire location.

I only come here because I'm addicted to the fake French Vanilla Cappuccino from their machine. Once, I realized halfway through pouring my cup that there were gnats EVERYWHERE! It appeared as if they had formed a small nest and were using the drip tray as their home base. I'd never seen anything like it before and I don't understand- that drip tray is so light, mobile, and easy to clean. I told the manager and went down the street to the location on Lebanon Rd and Andrew Jackson which is far cleaner, more organized, better managed, and the employees are friendly, competent, and dependable. Then, maybe 6 weeks later, the Lebanon Rd location had run out of the French Vanilla and so I figured I'd give this location on Old Hickory another shot. Again, I realized halfway through that there were gnats...EVERYWHERE...STILL!?! Although at this point, they had moved far beyond the drip tray and the only plausible explanation for what I saw was that these gnats had made the inside of the Cappuccino machine their new home/nest and YUCK!!! I saw the manager was there and I considered telling him once again but then I realized that it's his store and the Cappuccino machine isn't anymore than 5 or 6 feet from his register and there was no way that he DIDN'T ALREADY know and tbh if I told him 6 weeks ago and he still hadn't bothered to fix the problem then it's unlikely that my informational nudge was going to inspire him all of the sudden, so instead I just set the coffee down and went back to my car and I picked up the phone and I called the health department. I won't ever be back to this location again!!
