Worst service possible. Constantly spinning, freezing up, going off all together. You can’t talk to a human to get satisfaction with a fix that works. One robot after another that doesn’t know what the blazers you’re talking about. Don’t use Xfinity people anybody but Xfinity they’re horrible.

Friendly service, but very inefficient. I came to the store to return some old equipment. I was greeted, asked for my name, and then was told "we will call you up." There were several customers ahead of me, and several already being helped. The equipment return would have taken 30 seconds and I would have been on my way. Instead, they told me to wait. I left. Even though it is "preferred" that equipment be returned to a store, I will ship the equipment back to xfinity instead.

Don't try to drop your equipment off in person unless you take the rest of the day off work. Would be better to mail it.

Xfinity has a rate of 0 stars for me, and this store would have it too, the extra is because of Elvis, the one with a good attitude, willing to help and doing the job that his manager didn't want to.
My story, I tried to cancel my Xfinity service for 3 MONTHS, yes, months, 3 months that I didn't used the service and got billed for it.
At this store the oldest guy supposedly had everything cancelled but oh surprised, he didn't. When I came looking for the manager on 6/18 at 2 pm she preferred to not talk to me and have someone else (Elvis). At least Elvis didn't make it more painful, but with no doubt I'll use or recommend Xfinity ever again.
If you are thinking about getting Xfinity try calling customer service. Someone in India will pick up, will tell you to wait and after hours of waiting will hung up on you. Is that the kind of service you want to pay for?

Have tried to drop off Xfinity equipment multiple times with shocking wait times. Store needs to hire more people, shouldn’t take longer than 5 minutes to drop off equipment. Wild that the Xfinity store recommends taking equipment to UPS for a faster return process when it’s literally Xfinity equipment…

What they did to me at the store is not acceptable. Pushing me out the door with the wrong equipment I came to pick up yesterday. I have been on the phone now 3 hours to fix the order this store did. A they know they did it that way. As they encountered problems. They said just go home and activate your equipment there. Knowing darn well the setup and order was incomplete. I will be visiting the manager of this store to make it right

Xfinity by Comcast is the worst cable service I ever had it was the only option in Gallatin TN until recently they overe charged me the whole time by giving me two routers when you're only suppose to have one per house hold it went from a deal that was supposed to be 69.99 to 120.00 then they lied about my phone being able to compatible with there system for weeks had me trying to figure out what the issue was I lost my phone number that I had for years because they only deal with iPhones and the Comcast number they give you is bogus because it's just an automatic voice answering machine that nobody answers on top of that when I did try to make payments it wouldn't always take and it will resend the payment back make me behind it going to be this huge bill Do Not Get this Scam they get over on people
