    24/7 - I have really enjoyed this gym. I have been to many gyms, and always deal with the frustrations of Holiday hours and early closings on the weekends.     I am a member of the Gallatin location but you still have access to all clubs so on my off days, I do my running in Hendersonville and hit a quick workout and tan here. Even though im not 100% familiar with their staff, they still treat you like family! Awesome gym!

    Great gym that has everything you desire for your health journey. More than a gym though... this place and it's fine members and staff feel more like family and a home. Clean, to even the most discerning critic. The manager here is a host among hosts. Warm, welcoming and delightful. Could be gym heaven?
