I was in Hendersonville on Sunday 6/11 and found a screw in my tire around 2pm. I googled 8 tire shops in the area but only 2 were open. The other shop closed at 4pm. They could repair the tire but my car would not be ready until noon the next day. I had planned to leave the area at 8am on Monday for a 9 hour drive back to NC. I somewhat reluctantely drove to Walmart to check my options. They were open until 6pm and had time to repair my tire that afternoon. The repair held up for my drive and for the following week before I could get new tires (tread was low anyway). Overall very pleased with the way things turned out.

The Auto Center should be avoided altogether. Do not go to this location to have new tires installed! They broke one of my tire pressure sensors when they installed them and then pretended like nothing was wrong. I eventually had a reputable tire shop investigate and they found that Walmart had reinstalled the broken sensor after they broke it without telling me. It cost me nearly $400 to fix the problem (had to have all the sensors replaced).

Ordered a delivery between 5-6 pm. It arrived at 7:35 but to the wrong house. It is raining and I had to drive to the house and pick it up. Luckily I recognized the house. I might as well have gone to the store. I will never tip the drivers again. I want my tip back. I called spark at 1-800-924-9206. Said he would send my tip back in an email and report the driver. We will see.

Walked in the front doors and guess what I saw??? Employees, a guy and a lady in the Deli making out!!!! Wow I guess they couldn't wait to get off work. So I pointed at them both with a big smile and said, "I seen that!" And they laughed it off and I as well. But is that ok? For employees to be kissing on the job??? Wondering were they on camera??? Well doesn't matter.....I saw it.LoL !

I have now tried to call the electronic department several times and customer service no one will answer and they just keep hanging up on me their prices on their website do not match the prices in store and they do not honor the prices on their website to the store what's the point of having a store if the prices are always going to be cheaper online.

I don't know where to start, I recently had rotator cuff surgery, the same day my Son took my prescription to the pharmacy in Walmart, they refused to fill it because in there opinion they dosage was to much! After some arguing they said it's not there policy to fill the prescription, I now get my prescriptions filled at Kroger, No Problems! I counted 7 people in the pharmacy and no one will make eye contact with you, and several people standing in line, The store is just as bad, yesterday two registers open, with 4 people in line at each one! I'm in a sling, can barely push my shopping cart without hitting something? Going through the self checkout the obnoxious woman working there seen me struggling with scanning my items, continued to gossip with her fellow employee, I asked to speak with a manager and an employee comes up with there ID badge turned so you couldn't see there name, I asked her to let me see her name, no where on her badge said anything about her being a manager! Customer Service Sucks! In the entire Store. Needless to say from now on my shopping will be done at Kroger,Publix and Target.

Do not use the pick up here, The website indicates you can add or delete from your order which was a lie, I got the email my order was ready, and when I arrived waitted over 30 minutes and had to leave. The person on staff was in no hurry to help, moving at the speed of a turtle, even tho there were 6 cars ahead of me. I inquired @ 20 minutes and she said I was in the computer and my order was ready. at the end of the next 10 minutes she had only put one order out. Knowing 5 more cars, at 10 minutes each I could have gone in the store and shopped and checked out.to add insult to injury, when I got home the email said the store had cancelled my order, not that I had cancelled the order.I hear Target has a really good pick up service.

My family and I shopped here this afternoon around 1ish, and while the Walmart employees themselves were very friendly and helpful, I have to say that I was quite appalled by the DirecTV (or some other satellite provider) salesman at the back of the store. I watched as this man insulted a husband and wife in front of their child, and as they walked off to get away from him, he then said to the husband, "Yeah, that's right. I see you running away." He then decided that I would be his next victim and made fun of my sweatshirt, which said "Y'all". As our group of six walked past him, he then felt it appropriate to call my daughter's father-in-law "dude", and when he then told the salesman that he did not appreciate being called dude, the salesman retorted with, "Uh, what, are you a doctor or something?" I have encountered pushy salesmen on many prior occasions, but I have never witnessed someone be so disrespectful and offensive. I cannot believe that any business would allow such conduct to take place.
