We were 240 miles from home and my wife had a dental issue, that resulted in a broken tooth being removed. This pharmacy said it was Walgreens policy not to fill any pain med if you are 50 miles or more away from your home. They outright lied. I called the one we use, they said they can as long as we had proof it was a emergency issue. Our Walgreens pharmacist called them and they still refused. The dentist office then sent it to another Walgreens a mile away and no issue filling it.Its wrong to lie, but to leave someone in pain. ,and make it so they have to suffer for days more. That pharmacist is just cruel and dishonest.

Very poor customer service. Will be carrying all of my prescriptions to a different Pharmacy. These people have no clue what they're doing and there seems to be an issue every time I come in to get something filled even though I have 2 insurances.
