Store was dirty and cluttered the staff walked around but did not speak did not feel like I was in a Victoria’s Secret felt more like a Walmart was disappointed this location has really went down so sad hopefully they will get it together soon very sad

Love Victoria's Secret, I only wish they would stop discontinuing my favorite perfumes and lotion! Bring back Rapture perfume and Pink lotion please! I am forced to try new products and always end up finding something new to love and they have great sales ?

Literally stood in line for 20 minutes behind someone who needed everything price checked and couldn’t figure out her payment. Three different employees walked by during that time and no one offered to take me at another register. Put back my items and left because of poor customer service.

I now shop at Victoria's secrets in Hendersonville. Because closing the one at rivergate mall. The customer service is awesome, the ladies. Are always up to help you

Ladies, look no further, this is the place for you! It is the best addiction I have, and I always enjoy going to see what they have on sale. I always get excited when seeing their new collections, fragrances, and body care products. Ready to snatch up deals, the ladies there are so helpful everytime I come in, showing great customer service, finding exactly what I need. If not, they help the best of their ability by suggesting their online options as well.

Loved my experience here. They didn't immediately 'jump' on me as a shopper witch I appreciate. They asked if I needed help n I said I'm just looking & they said 'take your time'. When I did have ?s they were very knowledgeable helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for, plus a gift for a friend & a little gift for me to lol. And always love the panty sales!
