Had a great experience choosing and activating a new phone. My situation was confusing as I was mingling work and personal and had a watch issue. None of that mattered as Ponzie was a pro and made it a smooth and pleasant experience. This place is busy but they're organized and will get to you as quickly as they can.

Truly cannot say enough about how awful this store is as it relates to customer service. Unfortunately, calling into Verizon or using the chat function on their website isn't any more helpful.

So you're saying everyone else is not following the rules by letting us go into a restaurant to eat and stores to shop. You're taking it to the extreme.
