Absolute best customer service I have ever had at a Verizon. Ask for Whittman. He was outstanding and didn't pressure us at all. He simply answered questions and helped. Two new phones. In and out in under an hour. Whittman clearly values your time and your best interest.

Long wait, didn't have item in stock. Guess that's because I have an android. Ordered item, but was stolen off UPS. waiting for reorder. I will say Cory was very cordial.
