Amber helped me with my passport. She was very pleasant and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. There was an elderly couple in front of me also getting their passports and the staff were very patient. I felt guilty holding up the line, but someone came to assist the person behind me so i didnt feel rushed. Would most definitely recommend this location. Remember to get an appointment first!

Amazing. Had a form left in mailbox that mailbox is too far from the road. I have lived there almost 7 years and don't have any idea how long the mailbox has been in current location. I agree that it needs to be stabilized but moved closer to the road?! After being in same location for who knows how long?!

This has to be the worst managed post office in the country. Only one clerk and not only is she having to do all the duties of a postal clerk but she is also doing passports.
If this was just a bad day then I would be more likely to understand but it's like this almost every time I come in here.

This is an absolutely amazing occurrence. As far as the Postal Service store goes it’s always crowded but the employees are normally very friendly. My delivery driver is also really nice. But today was rather interesting sometimes my packages don’t get delivered properly because I live in a condo where my garage is detached and sometimes new delivery drivers don’t understand even though my front door is clearly facing the street. They had a new driver not even attempt to deliver my package two days in a row and just keep putting notices that they attempted to deliver but it was inaccessible. I knew this was incorrect and I’ve gotten tired of it, I was able to flag down a nearby postal worker on a different route he was extremely friendly and was able to contact my driver that was temporary filling in and arrange a pick up location same day. I’ve never had that well of an experience before. Because of that I’m giving 4 stars, mainly due to the amazing service of the delivery driver. Overall to summit up Hendersonville is very crowded in a tight location so the store is always a mess but drivers are usually extremely friendly. It’s more of the customers that make it worse.

I think the clerks are literally demons from hell. I've never had problems with a post office before and I've lived all over the country. They just lost $300 worth of holistic medication in their facility. I've gone to war with these people so many times. Orlando is the only person who has any business supervising. If you try to call them you have a better chance of winning the power ball. I've never had a problem with a post office before, ever, and definitely never had to call the big heads on multiple occasions to find my package. There's a guy there named Joe who cares. And an ex military carrier who is good. I'll speak good on them but seriously it's worth the extra 40$ to order priority express on ANYTHING so that it skips this heinous office. They're mean, they will lie to your face, have terrible attitudes, and need to clean house. Orlando didn't lie to me. The other female supervisor shouldn't be working there. Worst post office ever. When I walk in I feel like I'm knocking on Satan's door. 1 star because there isn't a 0 star option. No compassion. I've seen the red headed female clerk violently toss packages marked fragile. For real, go somewhere else if you can, please. The only good people there are tired of it too.

The hours for passport services online are wrong! I drove an hour to be turned away from the lady at the counter and told me they are only doing them from 12:30-1:30 not 1-4pm and the next appointment available isn’t until about a month out.

Very overworked but nice & Polite workers. Just never enough people working the desk. Definitely overdue for a bigger post office in Hendersonville TN. Lines are extremely long.

Why do they have a phone number listed if they NEVER answer the phone?!?! Passport walkin hours are clearly skewed and there is no real way to confirm unless you drive out there and chances are, you will be turned away. Very incompetent system the USPS has.

This post office is the worst. Had a DHL package delivered to someone else and luckily this person brought it to our home. Not sure who they hire or what qualifications are needed but my 14 yr old could do better. Avoid sending or receiving anything in Hendersonville

I honestly believe this is got to be the slowest post office in the country. Line inside moves slower than a snail’s pace. They only have two reps and then one will get up and leave with the line out the door.

A major mistake occurred with a very important package. This happened before years ago & I did not feel heard or acknowledged. This time, being unaware of a Past mistake, extreme efforts happened to make this right! They are people, we all make mistakes. It's what you do after. They went several miles & several more to help me. My faith in the Postal System has been restored!

I've been afraid to write a review here in case it impacts my future deliveries, but honestly it can't get any worse. The year and a half that I've lived in Hendersonville has had so many USPS delivery issues! Typically when something is marked as delivered to my locked apartment mailbox, I know that I won't see it until a few days later, and I don't understand why carriers are allowed to mark it as delivered until it actually is. I've had other items take 2-4 weeks to arrive after they've been marked as delivered. Some items have never arrived. I had to initiate an investigation for an item from Walmart a few months ago that was marked as delivered, and fortunately, I was refunded when it wasn't located anywhere. Another item from iHerb needed to be sent out to me again when I didn't receive it. Recently a package that was marked delivered a week and a half ago still hasn't shown up and nothing was found during the investigation, so I need to submit paperwork again. A friend sent a bracelet to me several weeks ago on the same day I sent her a check that she received promptly, but I haven't received my package. There have been other items (like my Grandmother's birthday card with a check) that never turned up either. I actually wrote a note on my Amazon account not to deliver anything via USPS because of the amount of issues I've had. And I've had ZERO problems with any other delivery service. When they say they have delivered an item, they always deliver it that same day. From now on, I'm going to ask that anything important be sent to a family member's address in Madison because I brace myself anytime I see something is being sent via USPS. I live at the Point at Waterford Crossing, and many of my neighbors have complained about USPS delivery as well. We are begging you to ensure our items are delivered to the right mailbox on the day that you say you have delievered them.UPDATE: The post office denied my claim that it wasn't delivered. What am I supposed to do when the carrier doesn't deliver the item I ordered to the proper mailbox? Now I need to wait for the letter to arrive to make an appeal, but who knows if that letter will arrive in my mailbox...
