Never friendly. The last time I went through the drive-through, a guy came on the screen and asked what I needed. And I asked for a deposit slip. He said you don't need a deposit slip anymore just send me your debit card. So I sent my debit card with the cash I was depositing. They took forever. Finally another lady came on, and said she'd be back in a few minutes. What is zero people in line at the drive-through, it should not take 10 minutes to do a simple deposit. Got my receipt and left. Got all the way home which is in the next town over, went to buy some thing and realized she never gave me my debit card back. I called her to ask if they had it, and she tried to say that it was dropped somewhere or something. And then she claims she remembers giving it back to me. And when I flat out, told her, no, it was not give it back to me, she finally went and found it. Then I had to drive the 35 minutes back to that town to get my freaking debit card because I was leaving for a trip the next day. So I ended up driving an entire extra hour and 10 minutes because of their mistake. No wonder they have such horrible reviews. I have been banking with US Bank for 30 years. It's gotten really bad the last couple of years. Am definitely looking for a new bank. When I went to get my debit card, they claimed at that point that it was in the tube from the drive-through. Which it was not. So not only did they not do their job, they lied. That totally loses my business.

Dont use this bank.I would close accounts in a heart beat If our accounts didn't have so many connected bill pays ongiong.2x I have come in to get help with something other than routine banking and the staff always has excuses and I had to call or figure it out online. I imagine this branch is struggling, and will eventually faulter

Made phone appt but they never called! Can not get ahold of a live person on the phone! Called 800 number and told basically I need to talk to a local branch that will not call you back!!

Make sure you put what you want on there copy not yours. Your copy means nothing to them. My copy said lock rate there copy didn't so I loose. Worst of all they don't care. I have refinanced 2 times with them opened my business account with them and had a heloc with them. Sad ever since Jennifer left. I am paying off and closing out.

New drive through system horrible! Very poorly thought out. You can't use atm unless you want to wait behind line of cars waiting to be helped by the tellers. So if atm isn't being used you are waiting behind slow line or cutting someone off to get to it. IT'S A BANK CUSTOMERS NEED QUICK CONVENIENT ACCESS TO CASH. GET ANOTHER ATM OR MOVE IT OUT OF DRIVE THROUGH LINE! This was more convenient for us bank and much much MORE inconvenient for the customers. Never enough people to help drive through or inside, always slow.

8 Windows and a lobby. 1 window open at 9:30am on a Monday. The covid excuse is old. The tellers are helpful enough and they move people through; they just need more of them.

I've been with USBank for over 20 years, have mostly been pleased. Since Covid branches have closed and the staff is overloaded and the attitude of the tellers at this location show it.

Slow slow slow slow all us banks are slow every location I have ever been into is slow. And also try buying ones and fives at any location most time they don't have them in stock. It would be a good location for any other bank to open up. Did I mention they are slow. And also have to give a id to deposit cash into my own account and they have my debit card and my account number ?????

Drive thru is old and does not have height post also rude I walk up to the teller and she does not address me and would not let me use my app on my phone to withdraw money I don’t think that any of that was friendly! They should update the system and tellers. I have with them for too long for me to get in a situation and my bank not take care of me
