So I came in the UPS store on Glenbrook Way and I was confused on returning a package. Abbey was phenomenal! She took her time and explained everything to me and walked me through the process. She provided me with amazing customer service and was the sweetest. She was very knowledgeable and with her assistance the job was done! Kudos to Abbey!!!

Abbey is an amazing worker. My grandmother came up there and had a lot of question 7-24-24 and she was able to help her out with no problems and gave her no attitude. Was very respectable and was patient!!!

Excellent when the team works as one! The store was down to one computer because of the outage and these guys are smoothly running the store! I was in an out in just a couple of minutes even though there was about 5 people ahead of me! Way to go guys!

I’ve never seen such an efficient and polite UPS store as I did two days ago when I came in to get something notarized. The employees were all rather young so at first I was concerned about experience, but I was blown away by their knowledge and kindness! They run this place better than any UPS store I’ve ever been to and I will be a customer forever more :-)

Whomever owns this store, needs to incorporate some training and basic work procedures. Line out the door and 3 kids "working " who are acting like it's recess, playing on their phones and goofing off.
