Ashley was amazing. I was unsure of what I needed to do. The direction I was given by my wife was to “ drop off @ UPS Store”. Ashley walked me through the process and shared what other services were offered. This will be Santa Scott store in the future! Great job Ashley!!! ❤️??❤️

This agency is garbage. I send my packages to FL packed together and sealed in front of me and only one package arrives at my destination and none of them can tell me where my things are. I will never send anything with them again.

employees were so nice and helpful and able to answer all of my questions. the store was also very clean. it’s also next to a pizza hut and the store smelled like pizza which was a surprising bonus.

Extremely expensive and unknowledgeable staff member. He had no idea how to pack my item. It was an 8x10 frame which didn't weigh much and yet now I see on my receipt he manually entered 3 lbs, with 13 lbs "billable weight".. not sure how the shipping cost came to $45 for a lightweight frame, and then with packing materials $62.49. I had my young girls with me so was distracted and in a hurry to leave so didn't complain much at the exorbitant cost. When I questioned it a little he said "it's gotten expensive to ship to CA." Only later did i notice the breakdown of cost which was miscalculated .I don't think I'll be using UPS again unless I am reimbursed for part of the charge. :(

Shandry was especially helpful, she was very friendly and patient while helping me with getting my order shipped. She made the whole process much less stressful!

***update - the manager reached out to me and apologized and is correcting the situation. She was very kind and helpful.
I arrived 10 minutes before closing with no other customers in the building and they hesitated to help me ship my box, because it was 10 minutes before close. They acted frustrated and rushed me out of there after I paid for my shipment. I was made to feel unwelcome and the environment is unprofessional. I won’t be back to this location.

LaDonna, is a RockStar! She was absolutely fabulous with assisting me with shipping a very large art piece! She made it so much easier and I'm grateful. I couldn't have completed this ship without her awesome customer service skills which is so rare these days. Ashley was kind and generous in helping me in the door! Girl you made me laugh and that's a good thing, plus thank you for mixing up the Muzik with some flavor. Grateful to both of these young ladies for another great experience and reminding me why this has been my favorite location for years!

Should have written this long ago. This crew is exceptionally different. They are all highly skilled, and I bring in my occasional blurb and the associates look toward the lady that is quite young with light hair, which is longer with natural curls pulled up for DC friendly work. She'll say one word, it's done, I'm out the door. I love the spirit of chillaxin in there. This is also the UPS Store that has never lost or delayed a single one one of my packages. And they are just as busy as any of the others, yet we are in and out.
