Bought a used 2016 hyundai sonata hybrid from this place in January after driving 3 hours to get it. It broke down after 1 month of driving, needing a completely new engine. It has been in & out of the Hyundai service department since March 2023 (it is currently October 2023) with all sorts of different problems. We called United Auto Sales for help when it first broke down and they basically said, “Call the Hyundai Dealership, we can’t help you.” Get a car ANYWHERE else but here. These are the biggest scammers in Tennessee, and I have no clue how they still have a business. Please, save yourself the time, stress, and MONEY, and go car shopping somewhere else.

Terrible place starting with the tow they broke my car towing it just came to get it to have the ignition switch changed 5 days later I decided to stop by there went and looked the engine was completely taken apart The hood was popped no reason to be under the engine with parts laid out all over the concrete I believe they were switching parts My airbag was removed for some reason I just had my car inspected today after I got it back parts were changed out my airbags were removed and they charged me $900 and the ignition still gets stuck

People were nice.........at first. We should have known better than to buy the car when it smelled so bad. But, we thought it could be cleaned. We asked them to detail it and they said it would only take half an hour. WHAT! Needless to say, the salesman said he and the office person could do it. Well it took 6 hours for us to do.They tried to pull a fast one by licensing it in a different county and finally sent a check for the remaining cost.We new it did not ride as smooth as it should so we took it to a dealer and had new shocks and brakes put on. $5000 later we new we had bought a very used car, but ok. Now it is back at the dealer for $2200 more in repair.Shouldn't this place inspect their inventory a little better. I realize it is a "used" car but they should have a little pride in what they are selling and is it all that legal.

Buyer beware of this Shady Dealership. I ask them about if the vehicle runs and Drives good . The Heavy set lady said that all of there Cars are cars . So I went on a test Drive check engine light came on . I ask her about the engine light she said because of the Battery. She doesn't know anything about Cars . She will lie about getting you approve to . Please do not Waste your $ Here . They are full of ........

I drove over 3 hours to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. That was 3 months ago. Since then It has been in the shop countless times. I have 3 kids with another on the way and I was counting on this to be a reliable vehicle for us. I had to take it back to the shop yet again yesterday. This time I found out I have a bad head gasket. We did require a warranty when we purchased the vehicle. However, they haven’t been helpful either because they were closed and now I get cut off each time I try to call during their introduction. This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I would NEVER recommend these crooks to anyone! Karma will serve them well one day.

Lisa was amazing and patient and very helpful while we were looking for a vehicle the 2 and half hours we were there. She was accommodating to my 4 y/o granddaughter to keep her from getting bored and cranky while we were doing the paperwork process.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESSThey sold me a 2007 Honda Pilot for $13,000. They said it passed a 120 point inspection. I have not had it even 6 months and the frame is broken beyond repair. This vehicle should NEVER have been sold. It is good for scrap only. It has unbelievable rust under the carriage. I can’t believe they would sell this to anyone, much less a young family.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They sold us a vehicle for $13,000 dollars and it almost killed us weeks after buying it. The entire undercarriage was rusted out! They didn't offer any compensation or refund at all! We are currently working with the law on this matter.
