I’m at the age where I appreciate really good service and leave reviews lol Alyssa is always SO helpful and really takes her time to help me and find EXACTLY what I want and I never feel like I’m bothering her. Everyone is great there.

Picture this: mom of a 3 year old and an infant. "I'll treat myself with an Ulta curbside pick up order" I should have known this would not be a treat. I click '10 minutes away' on the email and head to Ulta. I click 'here' when I arrive. Baby is sleeping, 3 year old is entertaining himself. I'm out of the house and excited for my treat. 20 minutes have gone by since I clicked 'here'. I called and the guy who answered asked me to say my name multiple times like it wasn't on their curbside orders list. He said he had the order and hung up. I wait 10 more minutes. Luckily the baby is still sleeping. The 3 year old is out of his car seat and going through every compartment in the car. My 'treat' is becoming less of a treat. I call again and ask for the manager, hoping I can figure out why I've had to wait so long. The manager was full of excuses. Blaming everyone else on her team. I don't need an excuse, I need to leave before my baby wakes up screaming and before my toddler starts eating the old goldfish under my seat. She said she didn't have my number to call me back to let me know what was going on. Lady, I'm sitting outside in curbside pickup. Turns out the order was lost. Someone with basic customer service skills could have made this a pleasant experience. Not only was I met with excuses from the manager, but she even said she didn't have the time to handle it. She ended up coming to my car 35 minutes after I arrived and gave me a fragrance sample for my inconvenience and continued giving me excuses for why it was the fault of her employees and not her. She could have handled this without throwing her team under the bus and could have kept me as a customer. Next time I'll go next door to Sephora. Respectfully, former loyal Ulta customer of 10 years.

Coming from a person who works customer service this location needs help. Every time I attend this location I encounter someone who is rude. This particular day I was greeted (2nd time) by someone I assume is gender non conforming , super UNFRIENDLY . Tone was off and after my purchase they handed me my without saying anything. Like (Have a nice day). Please work on customer service skills for your staff..Until then I will be going elsewhere.

Every single time I place a pickup order and check in for curbside and I come to pick it up during normal hours, they never bring it out. I either have to go in to pick it up (which defeats the curbside purpose) or have to call them to ask why it's taking so long (15+ minutes!) It's fine if you're not going to offer curbside but if you are, then actually honor it.
