The man that works there is always rude. You can tell he is miserable and hates his job, that clearly he chose. I informed him tonight that there was a glitch with the pumps getting stuck causing me to spend more on gas that I was wanting to do. His reply was “why do y’all even shop here?” He then proceeded to gloat about how poor his customer service was after a customer behind me said something about his terrible customer service. He needs to fired, but I’m sure the owner needs him because he basically eats, sleeps and lives there. I’ve never seen any other employees, or they probably can’t keep any because they’d be forced to work with him. Terrible service, disrespectful employees, and obviously an owner who does not care.

The (owner of the beat up Camry) guy who works there has the WORST customer service I've ever seen. He's rude, miserable, and disrespectful.

Dude wouldn't let me use the bathroom. He Made a big deal out of it. Told him I would buy something. I'm a traveling salesman so need a place to relieve myself. Dude was way out of line. I went to Mapco right down the street they were very accommodating. I recommend going there

Charge my card $5 (even) for 1 little Gatorade and a debbie cake... Gave no reciept. Suggest you pay only cash if you HAVE to stop here....

The one star is for the young lady who works behind the counter. She tried to help when my $35 gas purchase was charged at $90. The owner, MR. MYSTIC HAD ONE STORY ONE DAY AND ANOTHER THE NEXT! I DON'T OFTEN LOSE MY TEMPER BUT HIS REFUSAL TO CORRECT THIS WAS TOO MUCH AS WAS HIS ARROGANT ATTITUDE! Beware of using your credit card at this station!!

I stop by much more since they reopened. The new owner is very nice and friendly. May be higher on gas but I pay for convenience and daily customer relationship. He will have my cigarettes ready before I even walk in side.

I try to stop on my way to work in the morning about 6:30 a.m. and the lady working is constantly a half hour or more late. I've started just driving further to mapco.
