The owner and his wife are very nice people. Hence, the 2 star review. However, they don't keep their promises and don't value the customer. I am very upset with waiting for a quote from them for 2-3 months. I called them late summer, early fall, stated what I needed done. Lady on phone was very nice. I emailed and texted pictures per their request. I got a message 2 weeks later that they couldn't determine the damage based upon my pictures so I brought the car in for an inspection. Was told I would have the quote within 1-2 weeks at most. I've been waiting around 2 months since then for my quote and have followed up via phone call three times. Last time I called, the owners wife told me that "Quotes are very low on his totem pole" and that "he still hadn't got to it yet". WOW. If y'all didn't want my work then just say it upfront and don't waste my time. Extremely disrespectful way of doing business. How are you going to work on cars and make money if you don't start with step one: Get a quote?Do not recommend. Go elsewhere.

Excellent work with tremendous attention to detail! I would know cause I'm definitely one of the pickier customers that they've probably had the pleasure/displeasure of dealing with. Super friendly guys and their work is nothing short of top notch. Highly recommend!

Triple 7 is THE BEST place to take your vehicle to be repaired. They are honest and do great work! They are professional and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They will take EXCELLENT care of you! As a woman I always hate going to car places because I feel uncomfortable but not here. They treat you like family.

I can not express the professionalism you will receive at Triple 7 Kustomz. We had a very difficult situation of being from out of state and not being able to see any of the work in person. The owner Kevin Lewin kept me informed through out the process, helped assist when issues came up, even made sure the Truck was loaded on properly for the transport back to California. Our 2006 Tacoma was delivered today and looks amazing inside and out. It was truly a pleasure to work with them during a very difficult insurance process.

These guys know what they are doing and do it well. We at Tru-Kleen Carpet & Floor Cleaning have all are vehicles serviced here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend!!!
