This review is specifically for the PetVet Clinic. I had the greatest experience with the crew here today. I have a 7 month old Cane Corso who doesn't get out much so therefore has anxiety/fear of new places. When I'm telling you that I had to DRAG him out of the car and through the store, I'm not joking. I became extremely winded just from having to drag my 100lb puppy. Several times I had to stop and take a seat with him on the ground to coax him. Upon entering the staff I was warmly greeted by Rebecca, Cheyenne, and Dr. Pace. Each member of this team was phenomenal in their customer service and never once made me feel as if my puppy was being difficult or that we were taking too long. He even had an accident due to being so scared and they made no big deal out of it!! They loved on Odin to make him comfortable and were so knowledgeable. Turns out my poor pup has dermatitis and acne so we got him fixed up with topicals until his next visit in 3 weeks. Once again I appreciate the staff's patience with my pup and I. They are definitely are our go to now for wellness visits and annual shots. I look forward to building a relationship with the team. See ya'll in 3 weeks and thank you once again!! Can't recommend them enough!

I just came to PetVet clinic with my 9 year old dog and Ms. Rebeca, Ms. Cheyenne and Dr. Natasha were amazing! I cannot thank them enough for the attention and patience explaining everything to us. You guys make the difference to people and their pets!

Amazing and polite vet visit! I am actually not from this area but decided to do a visit for my cat when I was in Nashville since I wanted to get him on some sedation for traveling like Gabapentin and he was due for a wellness anyways. The tech supervisor, Rebecca was very helpful and polite with the entire check in process from beginning to end. Dr. Jacobs was amazing at explaining everything and made the experience very enjoyable. If I were a regular at this location I would have loved going here for vet services but I’m not even from Tennessee.

Dr. Pace and her team Rebecca and Cheyenne were amazing. They were super nice and very informative about what they were going to be doing since this was our first time. I would recommend this clinic and team to anyone looking for care for their animals. The pricing shocked me as it was much cheaper than any vet we have been to. We will definitely be back!

Dr. Pace and Rebecca are amazing! They have been caring for our two dogs for the past year and I couldn’t speak more highly of them! Very kind and helpful with all of my questions. Also, the clinics pricing is super affordable! They even help ship your pets medications directly to your house. Definitely give them a try!

Two associates were extremely helpful today, although I unfortunately only remember one of their names! Boston who checked us out was such a joy - super welcoming and helpful! That kid is going places!

I took our brand new 12 week old adopted shelter pup to pet vet at tractor supply Hendersonville For his first round of inoculations. It was a busy Saturday morning when they first opened and lots of people were in line but the technicians and nurses did a great job of trying to get as much information from everyone ahead of time as possible help keep pups, calm, and get everybody through. The technicians and the vet were extremely thorough and everyone was so kind to our little Archie, making a small pup experiencing lots of new things feel more comfortable and a little bit braver. Pricing for his vaccinations was lower than at our traditional vets office, and with such a great experience, we will definitely be back.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! They did an awesome of explaining the best way to clip my dogs nails! And they were super affordable which was a huge plus for me who is in a budget! And they had a "kissing booth" for Valentine's Day which was so fun and festive! All in all it was a good experience for my puppy and I and my puppy was a little nervous too. It was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely come back to them! Shout out to the supervisor Rebecca, assistant Madison and Dr Natasha! They were super great!!!

The Pet Vet Clinic staff Rebecca, Dr. Natasha Jacobs, and Madison where all AMAZING. Super professional, Kind, and most of all they were Knowledgeable their ability to answer all my questions and their empathy for the situation I had with my new Kitten was amazing. I could not recommend a better staff as they are the best!

First and foremost I am not one to take time out of my day to leave a review, when I already have issues finishing up my personal to do list. This one was a different circumstance, and I felt the need to share. Bare with me as I explain in detail.I have usually had such great shopping experiences at the TSC Hendersonville location, and so much that I actually go out of my way to this location even though I live a few minutes from the Gallatin one. I am someone who suffers tremendously with anxiety from shopping trips to the store, but have recently gotten over that anxiety but only when it came to shopping at TSC. Any other stores I still struggle with this. Within the last 2-3 months I have met a couple outstanding employees this location, in which was a gentleman who’s name I wasn’t able to catch, along with a woman who’s name is Katie. When I first met Katie I was casually walking by the chicken area just to take a peek at the chicks they have as I usually do since I love my chickens, and although I wasn’t planning on purchasing any (primarily due to the fact all previous chickens I purchased at TSC this year had died except 1!!!!) she easily convinced me to get 6! There was no pressure into purchasing chickens at all, there was no pressure into purchasing, but really took the time to make sure I was going to be happy with the ones that were picked out. Chickens are pets to me. Honestly it was refreshing and relieving to have such a great conversation with a total stranger over a favorite hobby of mine! I was actually so excited about this particular shopping trip, and meeting Katie, I ended up telling multiple people about it. Fast forward through the upcoming visits, I saw Katie and other extremely nice employees, and went about my shopping trips as usual. I had to run by TSC to grab a couple items I was out of, and saw Katie and waved! She was finishing up helping another customer, but did make sure to tell me hi once she was finished. She also wanted to let me know they had my favorite chicks in they just received this morning, Easter Eggers! (Easter Eggers are the chickens that she previously helped me pick out, and have now become my all time favorite chickens.) Again, another shopping trip I wasn’t planning on purchasing any chicks during. She was picking a few chicks up to show me them, and their fluffy cheeks, when a gentleman approaches. This gentleman started questioning Katie (almost felt like he was questioning me too because a lot of looks were aimed in my direction), in a way as if what she was doing was not allowed and/or was taking too much time helping me. I already got the feeling he was a manager, so I’m going to assume that’s who he was based on the questions. I felt very uncomfortable, rushed, and also was made to feel as if I was taking up too much of her time. I truly felt so bad, I quickly wrapped up grabbed the last few items I needed and checked out. All I could think was how I hoped she didn’t get in trouble for possibly taking too much time helping me, when what she was really doing was going above and beyond displaying phenomenal customer service! Had it not been for Katie, I would have never purchased an additional 16 chicks from TSC due to the heartbreak I received with my first initial set passing away.Honestly, I’m not sure if I will be returning to this location based on today’s visit. It would be hard for me personally to not stop and say hi to the individuals I’ve grown to know throughout my visits. I would hate to be the reason behind anyone getting in trouble, as they are simply just being kind and performing true customer service. Although this is at no fault of the employees who have been nothing short of amazing during my visits. If something could be learned from this review, please keep in mind how hard it is to find dedicated and genuinely passionate employees these days. Those who display such strengths within their job should be praised, and not picked apart from very minor things.

I've been coming here for a while now. Buy all my dog food here. Came in today and bought 2 bags of dog food. Spent 138$ in dog food and treats. Didn't even notice it at purchase, but there was a huge corner tear and was taped back up. I honestly can't believe ya'll would put something like that back on the rack and then charge full price for it. It looked like someone bought it, took it home and opened it up, taped it back and brought it back. Like I'm honestly pissed about that. I spend money in here on my animals. The fact ya'll would do that is trash. I mean I didn't notice it, but someone definitely taped this bag of dog food up and the corner was ripped like it had already been bought. I honestly can't believe ya'll did that and that's so dishonest and bad business.
